      AMAZING!!!!! For some reason there was an issue with receiving our tickets through ****** The website and ***** both said the tickets had been received however we did not get them. GoodSeatTickets was ON TOP OF IT! They contacted ****** Ballpark DIRECTLY and had our tickets electronically sent through the *** app within two days of our event (which was scheduled for a Sunday). They responded to each of my emails and had another customer service agent work it out without us calling incessantly. One email and it was fixedOVER THE WEEKEND. Thank you for securing our tickets for our concert this evening!!

      This company is fraudulent. I purchased what was supposed to be reserved "e" tickets, only to have them say they were "Flash" tickets. I would NOT EVER purchase FLASH because I don't have a smart phone, and have no desire to fiddle around at the venue logging into email to retrieve a ticket. But none of that matters, because my show was postponed because of pandemic, then rescheduled for 2022 because of the reserve seating. So, now I try again to get what I'm sure are FAKE tickets, because they don't issue refunds even if show cancelled- no full refund (they charged $76.00 in "service fee" PLUS **** POSTAGE fee on an electronic ticket. They offer to send you through their "resale partner" who asks less for the seats, PLUS they get 12% of the new sale!!! Then, after they "resell" the tickets, only upon proof of successful entry by the "new" ticket holder do you get paid! REALLY? You're the one who sold the tickets in the first place, so why would you doubt the authenticity of a "ticket" I NEVER RECEIVED in the first place!? AND they require the money be paid into the same account you purchased the tickets with. So everything is set up to over-charge, delay tactics to ensure you have NO RECOURSE. I seriously doubt this company even had seats! Lastly, they tell me after getting the fake ticket in my email (which still hasn't arrived with show only a week away), then I STILL have to log into my AXE account to get the tickets? If I had just bought through AXE (the legit venue promotor for ********) I would've gotten my tickets last year, or gotten a refund!

      We are very sorry to hear there *** have been some confusion with your purchase resulting in a personal purchase error but there was no error on behalf of our website or the seller's office. Our records indicate that the delivery method of your tickets was listed as an electronic transfer at the time of purchase. It was never advertised differently. This was confirmed acceptable when placing the order. We do not have control over the ticketing distribution platforms as chosen by the event organizers. Similarly, we have no control over any event scheduling decisions that *** be announced. Your tickets were properly provided to you just over an hour after purchase and you were advised how you *** access them. If a client chooses not to take the appropriate actions to utilize their tickets, that is at their discretion but does not impact their purchase with us. It should be noted that our policies have always included that orders are eligible for refunds (less delivery fees, if applicable) upon event cancellation. This event was never cancelled, but simply postponed, and thus tickets remain active and valid for use or resale. There are various marketplaces that clients *** use to list tickets for resale if needed. We do provide information with our partner website as needed but there is no obligation to use them. While suggested information *** be provided by our partner website upon creation of a ticket posting, listing information is fully at the discretion of the lister. Despite the issues you feel were present on your order, we hope you enjoyed your event!
