      This company is dishonest! Our pavers got ruined and they have water leaking all over our yard and they are trying to get out of their warranty of giving us defective pavers. Do NOT work with this company.

      DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! We were told when picking out hardscape products that we were paying for and receiving natural Scabos Stone Mosaic for the hardscape around our spa and other pool features. We just had a licensed and reputable pool service company out to clean calcium deposits that have accumulated over several years. They told us they would refuse to clean the Scabos Stone Mosaic because it is man-made from synthetic materials and not natural stone. They showed us how it is really styrofoam with a dyed exterior to look like natural stone. Their cleaning process would basically disintegrate the materials. We paid a premium for what we were told we were getting and instead received a knockoff cheap synthetic product that can't be cleaned.

      One of the first things **** said when he came out to quote our pool project was that he was a minister. *** installation was plagued with many issues. I will only cover a one of them.*** main issue that is not resolved is the first step into the pool. It is darker than the rest of the pool and has been like that for 3 years ever since we filled the pool the first time. I pointed it out to **** and he said it was due to it being shallower than the rest of the pool. I asked him if they would take care of it if there was a color difference when we drained the pool in a couple of years. **** said they would take care of it. We drained the pool last winter and there was a color difference proving it wasn't a depth difference. We filled the pool and the step was still darker. Pegasus came out with their materials rep and a *** rep. *** materials rep and the *** rep said it was a gradual buildup over time. Each time they said this I said it has been like this since Day 1 not a gradual change. *** Pegasus rep said nothing during the whole meeting. I was hoping he would confirm that it was an issue that was there since Day 1 but he didn't say anything. *** materials poured almost a gallon of acid on the step and it did not remove the dark color. He rubbed a spot on the step with a diamond pad on a block of wood for 2 hours until he exposed the blue color on the step. He removed a significant amount of material during the process as the spot was smooth compared to the roughness on the rest of the step.I had a Pebbletech expert come out and he said it clearly wasn't a depth difference since the shallow step should be lighter not darker. He said that something was troweled into the step during installation since the materials rep had to remove a significant amount of material to get to the correct color.I should have pressed harder for resolution of this issue when it was first seen but I mistakenly trusted **** since he was supposedly a minister.

      Delay after delay after delay after lie after delay. Broken promises left and right. Dealt with **** who seemed like a great guy when really he dropped the ball time and time again. Turned into a nightmare to deal with. Unresponsive and dodges questions when confronted by having every excuse in the book. Waited nearly a year to have our 4-5 month project complete. Covid supply chain issues were obviously a factor which is understandable. Still taking on business when they couldnt even deliver with the business they had and absolutely terrible customer service is what I cant understand. A day after our project was complete and the final payment was made, we noticed our spa was draining into our pool. After fighting to get them to come out twice to troubleshoot the issue, it still isnt resolved and our spa is half empty by the end of every single day 5 months later. A pipe for the in ground plumbing was accidentally covered up during the shotcrete phase and caused another month + delay to expose the pipe and fix the issue (lack of supervision). Shotcrete debri is still on the window that was never cleaned up. Workers left trash in the backyard and when brought to Kanes attention, he seemed disgusted yet he still left the trash for us to pick up. Spare pieces of material that were supposed to be left were never left. Spare pieces that werent left and were to be brought back for us were never brought back. A garden hose that was stolen by the workers was barely reimbursed about 8 months after addressing it. I could go on and on. The pool turned out nice, but the process of getting to where we are now was something I never want to go through again (Covid aside). Definitely an eye opening experience. Its always a fun story explaining to somebody why we have a half empty spa when they see it. Weve seen other reviews from a neighbor or two posting about the good experience they had and the timely fashion their project was completed in and we could only wish
