Caribbean pools completed my pool in May of this year. This is my 1st pool and I had numerous problems with the subcontractors. Most recently, I expressed concern over my plaster not being smooth with many noticeable imperfections. They sent someone from the interior company that said it shouldn't look like that and that they could drain it and remove the dirt and smooth out the imperfections. I advised I brushed my new pool to their exact instructions and the sub contractor said it doesn't matter sometimes and with imperfections, some plaster will bind with dirt and cause the issue I have. They said to call back in the cooler months to have the work done. When I called to follow up with Caribbean, I was told it was my responsibility and the interior guy said I did not brush the pool which is a complete lie. I had another pool company out and was told my pool should not look like that and it would cost $550 to drain and acid wash but I should not need an acid wash so soon. The plaster should be smooth and it's not in several areas. I called Caribbean again and emailed but I'm being ignored.
