            I have attempted to contact Sunvek Roofing dozens of times and they tell me someone will come and and they never did. Sunvek was supposed repair my deck but the water did not drain well. It took them months to come out but someone did and said they can do a better job and then they came out and made it much worse. The water creates a puddle away from the drain and settles at the sliding glass door. They also raised one side of the deck to help the water drain but raised it too high so it is very dangerous. I have dozens of pictures and videos and records of my phone calls and recent voice mails stating someone will come out but they never do.

            We are still gathering quotes but will probably go with this vendor - Sunvek. The person arrived on time and went up on our roof to assess the situation (30-year old roof, existing cement tiles must be removed, underlayment must be repairing/replacing , cement tiles must be replaced). Assessor was knowledgeable. After viewing the roof, he listened to BOTH OF US carefully, as we walked around inside and outside the house, so we could show him damaged/rotting soffits, gutter issues, other issues. He spoke/listened to me (the wife) as well as my husband. Quote was sent the next day and seems complete and reasonable.
