      This Tenant Review of SGI Property Management is what they deserve. Because they seem to enjoy making the living experience of their tenants all about how much extra money that they can charge you, even if it is unfair, the wrong approach, and even if they have to join forces with the *** to get you for something like a Bogus 460 dollar fine added to your monthly rent WITH ABSOLUTELY ZERO NOTICE. While they and The ***** Gate *** sit there and Lie like you were given a notice on whatever issue they had with you as a tenant. This is criminal. And it is premediated by both SGI and ***** Gate ***.They gave us a 460 dollar fine because they were unhappy with the way we parked our vehicle next to the house, which we parked it there to keep the vehicle safe, from getting rammed into by the many speeders on our street, the many fed ex, **** and amazon vans that DAILY get so close to the vehicle that it looks like it has been side swiped. Maybe SGI and the ***** Gate *** instead of teaming up to give us a bogus fine, they should team up and make the street I live on, Megan ****** a safer street for families. But they don't. Because they do not care. They don't care that Megan ****** operates like it is in Gang Territory. Summer of 2023 we had to call the ******* cops cause we had a 100 high school kids and adults mobbing Megan ******, fighting, drinking, screaming...right in front of our window and front door. Before the cops arrived, we had to go out and stop a group of delinquents from stabbing each other with a piece of metal that they were tug a warring over. Now you tell me why I would not want to protect our vehicle and anything else that belongs to us. But where is SGI and ***** Gate *** on safety, Nowhere cause they are somewhere not caring and somewhere counting our money. Yes , tenants on Megan ****** are paying for a LAZY *** AND A LAZY SGI PROPERTY MANAGENT COMPANY. That sit back and do nothing but find ways to fine the Good People. .. DROP THE FINE.

      Hello **************** We have reviewed your file, and can see you have incurred *** violation fines stemming from parking in unauthorized areas, including on landscaped areas. As our office has explained to you on several previous occasions, SGI is not affiliated with the **** and therefore is not responsible for imposing the fines that you have incurred. You have the right to appeal your fine(s) with the *** directly. Should you choose to pursue an appeal, we will remain hopeful that the *** will ***** your request for a fine waiver. However, as a reminder, per your lease agreement, all rules and regulations listed in the *** CCRs (including parking) must be followed at all times to remain in compliance and avoid potential fines being incurred. We certainly understand how the additional fees from *** fines can be burdensome. Unfortunately we are not affiliated with the *** and are unable to waive any fines imposed by the *** office.

      This company is garbage..a real piece of shit!tt!! No stars what they need..they don't answer phones return calls or emails.. no way to apply for a property. Ask questions to a person... don't know how or why these home owners use this place. With all these horrible reviews. I even went to address they list and it's a vacant lil obscure building.. who are these people!..warning stay away from this company.

      I am so unhappy with this management property management! I do not like Jessi, she represents her client instead of the renter. This company sends multiple messages on your email daily for fees they insist you pay immediately..When you request maintenance, the company they send doesnt know what they are doing, and I had to have *********************** come out several times for the same thing. I requested for my garbage man to come back the next day, because I forgot to put it out on my scheduled day. I received a $75 fine for having my trash can out. I wrote to the **** they will not talk to anyone but the owner. Unfortunately I could go on and on, its been a nightmare. Caution.

      Hello *****, We have reviewed your file, and can see you have incurred several *** violation fines stemming from landscaping weeds and trash cans out on non-trash days dating back to October 2021. Unfortunately, as our office has explained to you on several previous occasions, SGI is not affiliated with the **** and therefore is not responsible for imposing the fines that you have incurred. I understand you have been in communication with the *** regarding the request to waive the recent fines you received for the weeds as well as the trash can. I am hopeful that the *** will ***** your request for a fine waiver, however, as a reminder, per your lease agreement, maintenance of the landscaping, including removal of landscaping weeds is your responsibility as well as remaining in compliance with all of the *** rules and regulations. We certainly understand how the additional fees from *** fines can be burdensome. Unfortunately we are not affiliated with the *** and are not causing the *** to impose the fines. We remain hopeful that the *** will ***** your request of waiver.

      I only applied for a property, and that process in itself was extremely demeaning and down right rude. The property manager Amy even had to call me to smooth over the communication with her assistant Tony? Only for them to patronize me and move forward with another applicant for the property... I'm happy to not give this place another dime. I'm sorry for your current tenants... from some of the reviews... you are all running a shit show. all of you.... have a better day, and don't be so judgmental to the people ( ie applicants, tenants, and homeowners...) that pay your bills at the end of the day.
