            In early June 2023, I placed an order for 19 Caretaker threaded Cleaning Heads for an in-floor swimming pool cleaning system, along with a package of 25 Nozzle Clear Step and Bench. Part #s respectively 828-39515 and 3-9-459. I paid ******* on my USAA credit card which was applied on June 14, 2023. Initially I was told the parts were coming, it was going to take a little time for them to arrive. It is now September 5, 2023 and I still have not received my parts. I have been trying to contact someone at the business, but it always goes to voicemail with no return calls after several messages have been left with 2 phone numbers for their return call. I have also tried emails to no avail. I did discover the owner of Pool Store USA also owns a ****************** at the same address. I tried voicemail and email to that company, but have not heard back. I would like to either have my parts or a refund to my credit card. My husband is a disabled veteran and we need a resolution ASAP Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I think I have been more than patient with them.Sincerely,*****************************
