              3 wks since calling for appt and still not able to use toilet. First, persone who scheduled appt did not take correct toilet info which caused delay in coming out 1st time. Toilet is less than 2 yrs old yet chain keeps breaking. Came out, didn't have right part, another delay. Nearly a wk later came out fixed but needed another part, another delay. Finally came back and fixed yet didn't bother to explain why he needed to use both bath towels which were soaking wet to clean up some disaster. Several days later (Sunday) we have toilet water dripping downstairs above kitchen sink. Husband called yesterday twice asked to speak to manager but was avoided so absolutely no call back. Called today and manager has Dr ***** so not available. First available appt is not till tomorrow. Unacceptable and we are not paying for additional service for your s**** up. We have water damage on kitchen ceiling and who knows how much other water damage. We are not responsible and will not be using insurance for unacceptable work and damage. I want a response from owner. ******************* *****
