              Additional services were completed without appropriate permission. Invoice was signed by a vulnerable adult who was 83 years old, who has dementia and poor vision. Company will not return call or return money. The vulnerable adult has since passed, but the company is still wanting payment. The work that was done was also not needed. Pipes were replaced that didnt need to be replaced.

              The worst experience I've ever had with any home repair service! ***** was not only the rudest person I've ever dealt with, the job was terrible. He lied about having replaced things that he didn't that he charged me thousand of dollars for and everything that was done was not up to code, was sloppily done, was actually dangerous what he left me with. He would not repair most of the job or give me my money back so I had to hire other plumbers to fix everything and pay thousands more dollars when I'm already working multiple jobs just to try and put food on my table. If I could give zero stars I would. I've told countless numbers of people to stay away from this company. I had second opinions from other plumber friends that this job was so terrible that I need to get my money back.
