              I am not only a potential customer but an employee for the **************** and I was hung up on twice today.At work I called for Employee Verification and I was hung up on.After my shift I called back and asked to speak with a manager and the call was again disconnected.This is unprofessional and rude on all accounts. I do not recommend this store and will be sure to make it a point to mention my experience to everyone I interact with.I will be posting this review on my personal ***************** and Yelp along with a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau.This was today, March 6th at 12:50PM. I've also sent an email to the store email address Re: my experience.

              I'm sorry for your experience. We have VOIP phones and we have been having some issues with them.Also, I'm confused why the **************** would call a store for employment verification. All employment verification goes through The Work Number for your convenience. We do not verify employment directly as we have outsourced this to The Work Number.

              G-mo at the Mesa store helped me get the **** loan I needed to get me by between jobs. He was kind, knowledgeable, and just an all around pleasure to be around. Definitely do business with G-Mo at the Mesa shop you wont regret it.Thanks again for your help G-mo at Oro express mesa!
