              AUTORENEW 3 year contract without notification (other than fine print in original contract). Requirement to notify ****** days prior to termination date. Incredibly overpriced in current market. DO NOT USE!! ZERO STARS would be generous. CEO called it extortion and blackmail if negative reviews were written during the contract duration. Completely agree with other critical reviews on this page.

              I firmly believe in customer service, and voice communication is critical to a successful business. The phone system is always up, and no matter where in the country I am, the *** App allows me to communicate with my clients and staff. I have been in **, *****, ******, and ******, and my clients think I am in the ** office. I have never had to call Support for issues because my phones always work.

              I have been using Crexendo VIP for 6 months for my 25 person company. The service works great and I love their support. I especially love getting all of my business calls on my mobile phone and being able to make calls out with my business number from it. Thank you, Crexendo.

              I would say this is by far the worst VoIP provider I have worked with in the last 20 years. They have contract terms that are crazy unethical and poor quality hardware. Anything with there name on it is garbage. Yealink or Poly. Anything that starts with CX is straight up Trash. We are finally moved away from them. Thank god . Run away Run Far away.

              I am a Crexendo customer using the *** system for our three locations. It is easy to manage and our employees love it. Most of them use a desk phone along with the app on their mobile phone, and a few use their web browser to access the software. I am not a very technical person, and I find the administrative portal to be very simple to understand and use. We are very satisfied with their product.

              Quick turn around and great support. We are now able to work efficiently from home and I like the collaboration app we get with the system.

              The service is good, the people are helpful. I would give them 5 stars but even though their prices are reasonable they are not the best prices out there.

              Crexendo is great. They got our new system up and running with no issues. Our rep Carol was great and easy to work with and our project manager Mike made sure everything was installed just as we wanted it. Great features and pricing to boot!
