Jeffs company did one of my homes 10 yrs ago. Looked great! Did a second home 5 yrs ago. Looked great. Did my 3rd home a year ago. Looks great. I had the master shower ************* guys took off some *************************** cant be reinstalled b/c its in pieces, & with the remodel I need just one 13 piece. I have made REPEATED phone calls to *********** him ENDLESS texts! The texts are not every other day. Theyre a wk to 2wks apart. **** texted once, over 2mos ago saying Ive been very patient and h*** take care of me. Then nothing!! Wks later I asked him to at least drop off a 13 piece of **************************** have someone else replace it. He eventually dropped off a piece of 4 wide crown when I have 6 crown. Youd think hed have double checked to see what size I have. A mo later, after more texts, he texted telling me he had to go to Cali to get his product but hes got a job near my house in a few days &hell come over to install the one piece. He even texted me a picture of his truck loaded up with crown. Ok, hes finally coming over!! 2days later - no show. This was over a month ago. I texted & texted. Not one single reply. I had 3 phone #s in my phone for him so I called the other ******* went to his ex wifes voicemail. She was part of the biz before they divorced & thats why I had her #. I didnt know it was hers when I called but when it went to her vm I just hung up without leaving a message b/c I knew she was not involved in the buz anymore. Later that night I get a call saying, this is *******, you called me earlier! Explained who I was & told her I didnt realize I was calling her number. Before we hung up I reluctantly asked if she ever sees ********** said yes on occasion. I asked if she could ask him to call me or to please come over to do my one piece of crown. She said, oh hes been so busy that hes let customer service go downhill. He never called. Texted him 3/30 asking him to be a humanitarian & at least call to say hes not coming. No call!
