We originally contacted *********************** at 360 Masonry & Hardscapes LLC in April of 2023. After several meetings at which each one he verbally indicated he could do all the work we were requesting, we signed a contract and gave him a deposit. After a few weeks of delays the project started in June. At that time communication became very poor, calls, texts and emails went unanswered. When work was started, at multiple times **** himself stated he didn't know how to create the columns of the half wall that we had agreed upon before signing a contract. weeks of delays continued until he figured out how to complete the work correctly. Once completed and paid for it came to our attention that the brick pavers leading from the patio to the village sidewalk were not installed as agreed upon. No mortar was used for the edges at all. This will cause issues overtime and the pavers will all losen and become an eyesore needing to be redone. We contacted **** near the end of October and on 11/6 his email stated someone would arrive 11/11 in the AM to correct the issue. No one arrived that day. When we contacted ****, he said they should have been there, he would followup and find out why they didn't show up. Since then **** has ignored our calls, texts and emails, finally responding on Saturday 12/9 that he had no one to do the work. We feel we have given him adequete time and also feel that he will continue to ignore this issue until we stop contacting him. He gave us a quote, we paid him in full and he didn't do the work as agreed upon. He needs to do what is needed, take someone off any other job he has running and finish our project that he has been paid for. That's all we want, the job we contracted and paid for.
