DO NOT use Alaskan Air Conditioning. I was a customer for 10 years purchasing a new air conditioner in March 2014. I also purchased the alaskan club membership. I had good service while another manager was in place and also **** came out. But on April 2, 2024 I had my air conditioning check scheduled and they sent out **** technician . Never had him before but he said he was with company 5 years etc. Started outside by air single unit and when he saw me he told me there was a problem. I told him to continue doing the check up in the attic and then he could tell me the findings. All **** wanted to do was sell me a new air-conditioning when all that was needed was a new coil and air conditioning freon. His way was like a salesperson and he did not care about anything else but I needed a new air conditioner. I asked him how much the coil was going to cost me and then he said I was no longer a Alaskan club member that had expired and he was on his phone he quoted me$3805 and have it in stock. I was livid not only for **** and his way but also that I was not a member. I called the office and the 2 that answer the phone ***** or **** are also 2 winners and never get it right I wanted to speak with manager ******* who took 2 days to get back to me and he is the worst and no customer service. I also told him that **** did not clean the outside air conditioner well he said he looked at the pictures well that is fine but he did not look at mine. Bottom line I am done with them and will not refer anymore people to them. Customer service is out the window. I did 3 other companies and found a company who fixed my air conditioning for the right price and just in time for the warm AZ weather. Again do not use Alaskan Air conditioning they are the WORST
