I will not recommend this company to anyone. I sent ******* a picture of what garage door i wanted. It was a plank style garage door. The whole time i was communicating with ******* about the garage door, she never once told me her supplier didn't carry the style of door I wanted. They are unscrupulous. When they came to my house to measure the garage doors, and give me a quote, they had me look at a pamphlet that had a square that looked like wood, and asked me if that was the one i wanted. I told them, "******* knows what I want."When they came to install the garage doors, i was just happy to have new garage doors, i didn't even realize they were the WRONG ONES". Then, a neighbor of ours asked if it was ok to order the same garage doors as ours. I texted ******* about me having the wrong garage doors, and a neighbor is wanting the same garage doors. i asked ******* if my neighbor can take the garage doors that we had installed and I could get me the right ones. The answer was no. Our neighbors had already ordered their doors. I had several back and forth texts with ******* about why they installed the wrong style of doors at my house. After several texts where she is trying to blame me, the customer, she finally in a text said that "they could not get the style of doors from their supplier." But they gave me a quote based on the doors I wanted."Classic "bait and switch". ******* and Sonoran Garage Doors knew from the get-go, they could not get the style of garage door I wanted. The bait and switch was when one of the owners asked me if I wanted this style of door. When i looked at it, and it was wood. I said, "******* knows the kind of doors I want." Then, they tried to use this against me, and say,"This is what you agreed to." The whole time, ******* knew they could not get the style of door I wanted. But she tripped herself up in a text, and said, "We cannot even get those doors from our supplier." Wow. And they went on with the job anyway.

Brigett, I appreciate your review, because there is always to sides to each story, and will give us the opportunity to explain what you forgot to say in your review. You did not mention that you noticed the wrong doors were installed 46 days after the installation. We did not take a small picture of the door, we showed you a brochure that is letter size. You also forgot to mention that I sent you a drawing of how the doors would look, and all the information of the brand and design of the garage doors, you signed a contract, accepting the design and the information written about the garage doors. Twice I sent you the information of the design. First the email with the estimate and information of the design, and then the contract with all the information of the garage doors that was chosen by you. You also forgot to mention that when the installers were done that you told the installers how beautiful the doors were, that you loved how they looked, you were so excited and happy . You never mentioned at that point that they were the wrong design of doors. We ordered and installed what you picked when the Owner/Installer showed you at your house the brochure at the time of measuring the openings of your doors. We are very cautious and detailed oriented and listen to our customers needs. We do not order anything until the customer confirms what they want. It was a huge surprise to us that 46 days later after the garage doors were installed you said they were the wrong design. And we work with all the manufactures that have the Plank Design, we never said that we cannot get that design. And you did mention that one of your nearby neighbors wanted the same doors, and asked me to offer/sell him your garage doors, So you can have the Plank Design doors, however I told you that we couldn’t because your nearby neighbor already had ordered his doors a week before you noticed that you had the wrong design and we couldn’t cancel a week later with the manufacturer. I we told you that if you would Of let us know the same day at the time we were installing the garage doors that wasn’t the design you wanted, because you did come out to see the progress we would of stopped installing the garage doors, but you said nothing. You also said that you would write bad reviews and that you would call the Television Channel , and we said to you “that this of course was going to hurt our business, but if you need to do it you were totally entitled to do it” . Denisse, I texted you a picture of the garage doors I wanted on November 21st, 2022. It's a plank style. A big picture of a plank style door. You never told me your supplier didn't have the plank style, WHY? I never deviated from a plank style. Why, if you knew you could not get that style of door--you stated in an e-mail afterwards that your supplier doesn't have that door--why not be honest, and say, "We dont have that style of door?" Why?? WHY?? That is the problem. You took advantage of me, by saying the contract reads a "flush design", and never showed me what a "flush design" is. That's completely unprofessional. Completely. You were doing a bait and switch. Not a good look, very bad business. Why did you not say, "We can't do the plank style door?" Because you wanted the business? THIS IS UNETHICAL BAD BUISNESS. Your company needs to fix this problem. Sonoran Garage Doors should replace the wrong doors and put in the right doors. All you had to do was be HONEST, and say, "We can't get the plank style doors." There would be no problem.

I never deviated from the pictures of the plank style doors I first texted you. You didn't listen to this customer. You manipulated this customer. And deep down, you know that. I have all our correspondence. E-mails and text messages, that will prove that your company did a bait and switch. This problem needs to be fixed.
