              Buyback Boss treated me fairly in purchasing my broken IPad. They stuck closely by their offer, making small adjustments, but also gave detail documentation on why the adjustments were made. Buyback Boss gave a fair offer where another big box retailer who claimed to be the best, would not stand by their offer and gave it 0 value. The iPad was reviewed very quickly by Buybacks Boss technical staff, made the adjusted offer and very promptly remitted payment. I am very happy with my experience!

I really like how you get representative assigned to your sale that keeps you up to date each step of the way.
