THEY were very fortunate that the problem caused by an important step in the construction process was missed in the of the product we bought from First Impression & was NOTICED JUST TWO MONTHS after the warranty was up! We had to fight for them to REFUCE OUR COST to have the security doors REDONE because of a manufacturing process that was missed, causing the paint to bubble, crack & chip off. They leave Customers with a VERY BAD LAST IMPRESSION!

We do apologize if this requires further explanation so please allow us to answer any questions you may have. Our expert team at FII verified this is not a powder failure upon inspection, so even within the 2-year finish warranty this would not have applied. Our team understands how frustrating this is for you and why we offered a high level of service by absorbing all the cost for the stripping, sand blasting, repair and re-powder coating. Our care department charged a discounted removal and reinstallation fee. We feel this is above and beyond to offer you a level of care. It is apparent you do not agree and it is unfortunate. We can assure you there is no manufacture or powder error. We encourage you to contact our care management if you have any further questions. Thank you!

I purchased a beautiful security screen door from First Impression Security Doors over 13 years ago and have been very happy with it. Recently, I experienced some issues with the dead bolt component of the locking mechanism - it broke off completely inside the door. This prevented us from locking the door completely resulting in a screen door vs a security screen door that I paid for originally. I called ***************************** at First Impression Security Doors to understand the process to get the door lock replaced. ***** was more that helpful but had some news I didn't expect to hear. Their door lock supplier had recently gone out of business and First Impression no longer had the spare lock component(s) I needed to repair my door lock. ***** was very apologetic and fully understood how disappointed I was to hear this news when I hung up the phone.After she hung up, ***** went the extra mile to make sure her team searched their warehouse again high and low to try and locate the spare part I needed. SUCCESS - they found an entire door lock assembly that had been overlooked and sent it to me immediately allowing me to fix my security screen door. ***** and her team went the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service and make sure they continue to have a very satisfied customer in the future !!!!THANK YOU for your efforts ***** and team - I won't hesitate to recommend your company to my friends in the future !!!!!***********************

Beautiful front courtyard gate/rail structure installed 4.5 years ago. A lag bolt came loose and they came out and reset the the structure and touched up the paint. The service was outstanding and the technician was very good with his craft. Nice to work with a company that stands behind their work. ****************

We are very happy with our new front door! After installation, there were some areas that looked like touch up paint was needed. We called customer care, and they sent ***** to the house. His inspection revealed that it needed a wipe down of WD-40. He handled it, and patiently answered my questions and offered tip for caring for our door. It was obvious he cared about his job, and that my satisfaction was important. I recommend First Impression Ironworks!!

I've used this company twice. There is no comparison to other products on the market. Designs are varied and tasteful. The quality of the product is superior to all the others on the market. Everyone is professional and on time. They took the time to fully explain how to care for the product and also gave a written description. Love this company!! From start to finish the work was professional. My salesperson was wonderful. ****** brought samples and was prepared to answer all my questions. I decided on a custom design and even with that we were able to get it ordered and installed quickly. The young man who installed the door was fantastic. He took time to explain how to care for the door, etc. ************ also gave ** a 10% discount because we are veterans. I cant say enough about the great quality, Everything is 5 stars!!
