Hello I have paid $2,000 to Calibermatch.com. Its been over 2 years and they never found me a match. I tried calling 6 months, 12 months then as of this date and they dont pick up the phone anymore they are scammers. I want a full refund from all this drama. Already found 3 dates free on ******** dating buyers beware!

****** signed up for our Preferred Database membership not our Unlimited membership. We also included the presentation of 3 matches; however, since we dont do blind dates, there is not an expiration on the presentation of these matches. Unlike ************* membership, which by definition offers unlimited and constant searching once prep is complete, ******* search was sporadic. Once our search starts, we conduct a short-term aggressive search, using our scouts. Once we feel we have a good number of candidates in, we will pause the search while we go through them and screen/interview them. Once weve exhausted the potential matches from that push, we do another one if needed. This continues until we have presented him with his three matches. During the course of his membership, he wrote us that he had a girlfriend, and - although his membership did not contain the option to go on hold - we offered him the ability to hold his membership anyway.Review from Erin.

This timeline is incorrect. At the posting of this review, **** was still an active client, in her 6 month extension. This means it had been less than a year, not 2 1/2 years as her review states.Review from Mike M

I am a small business owner in ***********, and have been finding dating quite impossible in mid-50s. My line of work also keeps me on the road quite a bit, making me not an ideal candidate for dating, I would imagine. Caliber match has jump-started my stagnant, or should I say non-existent, dating life. I have been shown quite a few profiles of potential matches, and have gone out on several dates over the past five months. My profile is on hold, because I believe I have found the one!Review from Laura M

We started her search in July. In the beginning of August, she wrote us that she wanted to pause her membership as of September 1, and that she would want to resume her search in November. While we do not pause payments when a client places their search on hold, we made an exception for **************** and allowed her to. She never resumed her membership, and she still has an outstanding balance with us of several payments.Review from Richard P

I live in a small town (********* **) and travel around the country for my sales role. I am a difficult client for a matchmaking service I would think! Caliber has adjusted well to my lifestyle and setup dates locally as well as around the country. I let them know my schedule ahead of time and they have delivered. I am not sure how I would have met the people I have met, without Caliber making it happen.Review from Sarah J

I came across Caliber Match through their site SeattleSingles.com. I have had a pleasant experience with them so far. They definitely attract clients looking for serious relationships, compared to online dating where you get bombarded with the same cookie cutter messages. Because of their local marketing, there is a good concentration of local members as well. I would recommend this service to others.Review from John D

Joined Caliber after talking to 3 other matchmaking services. I didn't know that some matchmaking services charge upwards of $100k! Caliber costs a fraction of that and so far, I am impressed with the service. I will come back and update with more experiences in the future.Review from Anup P

****** has been doing an excellent job. She is actively searching and making connections behind the scenes to find the right match for me. She keeps in touch with me often and asks for my feedback to make sure everything is going well. I am very happy with the work she has done for me. Don't expect a ************** a couple of weeks of starting, but with you providing the right feedback, things do improve for the better.
