I had ************* from ProWest roofing take care of my old wore out roof. I am so happy with the selection of different shingle colors, warranties and professionalism from *** and his crew. Super easy to work with, i recommend ************* to anyone looking for a new roof. ***********************

ProWest contacted us to do to repair work from Hail storm in July 2022. Made down payment in December of $6750 for work to be completed in December 2022. Representative said they would do work finally in April 2023 notified ProWest that were not interested in their work and tried of their delay tactics. Canceled work and asked for deposit to be returned. Company does not respond to phone , texts or email!They have done the same with our two neighbors. Take your money and do not do any work!

My roof was just replaced by ProWest LLC and my experience was excellent. Project manager, ***************************, was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the project, answered all questions in detail and provided a precise explanation of what to expect throughout the entire process. Based on my experience I confidently recommend ProWest.

My brother recommended Prowest LLC for a badly needed new roof. He indicated that they replaced his roof a few years ago and did a great job. He saved the business card that listed ************* as the Project Manager. I called and *** provided us with a quote. I had several other quotes as well. ***** quote wasn't the lowest, but it was fair and reasonable, so I chose Prowest. I have to say that it was a great decision on my part. I've had several new roofs installed and this was best install by far. They use quality materials and use top notch roofers. Also, you couldn't tell that there was a huge completed project after they left the premises. I couldn't fine a scrap of trash or ********* after completion. They really go the extra mile.If you want quality, at a great price, give *** a call.

We had an exceptional experience with these guys. **** was a great communicator for the whole project. He dealt with the insurance company 100%, talked with the adjuster, was very upfront about what minimal costs might come to us due to insurance policies. He gave us pointers on what color shingles would look good on our house. Kept us in the loop with insurance and project time frames. The job was done in a quick and efficient manner- they started early and finished the same day, and left not a single scrap behind for us to clean up. It has been nearly 2 yrs and our roof has held up through several rainstorms and still looks gorgeous- and is totally leak proof. I highly recommend this company any time!

Review ProWest Roofing Our initial negotiations started out with all kinds of promises by ProWest.Unfortunately, they kept none of them !ProWest left us with very poor workmanship !After 3 months of waiting for our roof to be replaced, initially it was to be only a 3 week waiting time, they finished the job within 1 1/2 days, only after being pressed by the ProWest Supervisor to finish it in only 1 day (that was 1 week before Christmas).1 week after installing the new roof it rained and we woke up to water dripping out off our kitchen ceiling.Only 1 month later we had severe wind damage to our new roof. Shingles were ripped off the nails and glue. Nails came off the roof, and "new" shingles were flapping in the wind. Shortly after that we found out that ProWest used old, stock shingles & poor placement of nails.ProWest sent out their own inspector to assess the damage, and after only a short time he admitted to us that the crew had done a shoddy, very inadequate job, and that they would replace the entire roof with a new one. He also admitted that they knew that this specific crew, they had sent out to do our roof, had a reputation in regard to unacceptable work.Needless to say we did not trust them anymore. We settled with them, and got another roofer to redo our roof. Before the new roofer had begun we have had more wind damage with the old shingles.

Prowest llc in ******* came knocking at our door about our roof. At that time I was un sure how they ended up at my door. The guy that talked w me stated that he could replace the shingle on the roof of my house and have it paid for by my home owners. The deductible would be waived if they put a sign up in my yard. This sounded fine. Little did i know that the sign would go up and 16 days later they would deliver the materials and sit them on the roof for another 10 days. Finally they came to do the roof and the people they sent to do the actual job could not have been any licensed company. They were just guys that do roofs. I asked if they subcontracted and was told no, prowest did the work. During this time I came out of my house to find one of the people over in my tool trailer trying to start my chain saw. I contacted the rep from prowest and they said they would handle it. They did nothing. After the roof was done we had alot of rain and we were still waiting a month for the rain gutter to be replaced after the roofers threw our gutters away. In this time with all the rain we had drywall damage in a bedroom on the ceiling from a leak. Contacted prowest and they would send someone out. They did as I saw on my reviewed video that it was the same guys. This time the guy w the chainsaw was looking in to my truck cab to see what i had in side there. Either way the roof leak was gone with drywall damage left. So they said we were waiting n the drywall guy to come a fix it. Not a week later a guy is on the roof looking for the leak. I said it was fixed and only waiting for the drywall. Then the same day another guy comes out and is looking at the ac on the roof and says that the leak is because of the ac. Now they will not repair the ceiling. BUT the leak was fixed and we had lots and lots of rain and no more leak so how is it the ac. They have gone up and down the neighborhood doing roof after roof and everyone has had repairs needed after the job from leaks. I tried to contact them and they told me to file w AZROC so that is what i am doing now. Had i just looked on line i would not have had them do anything to my house. They have had issue after issue and the ones that made the company originally are not even part of it now. They are insurance hustlers and do not stand behind their work. Home owner beware!

I highly recommend ProWest. Great price, good communication and they did an outstanding job. From start to finish everything was done as they said it would be done. *********** did a great job communicating with me at each step. I could not be more pleased. Great company!
