              Zero Res came to my hosue to clean the carpet of stains and smells. They came on two occasions and i was charged $420 and $295. The carpet still has stains and smells.

              I hired Zerorez to clean carpet and tile and an area rug. The carpet is clean, they left clumps of wet hair on the area rug and the process damaged my grout as well as the machine damaging my bathroom vanity. There is no damage disclaimer on the website and they have no repair policy in place. It took two weeks of me calling before a supervisor would speak with me, only to tell me they would do nothing. This adds cost to my already limited income. I'm highly disappointed in their customer service and will not recommend
