This business is an absolute joke. My truck has been in their shop for over 3 months now. Has gone through 3 different engines and every time I go in to speak to them about it getting fixed they lie. They keep adding more time and say they are trying their best. They said at the beginning i am a priority because I have a warranty on the engine and I feel like they have already got my money so I keep getting pushed back further and further so they can keep working on other cars to get money. I have spoken over the phone with them several times and they are rude with their answers to me and I even had them hang up on me. The only reason I am dealing with them is because the engine is under warranty through them or I would DEFINATLY NOT choose this business to work on my vehicle. I would not recommend anyone to use this shop for anything!

I will admit there were delays on this job. ****************** requested a used engine, the first (used) engine we received was sold to us as good used engine but we didnt feel comfortable selling it due to our concerns with it being a reliable engine in the long run as we found metal particles in the oil pan. We opted to go with a remanufactured engine at a loss for us to give our customer the best results. The remanufactured engine we received was installed and failed after delivery due to a loss of oil pressure. The engine manufacturer was giving us the run around about the warranty process so we opted to purchase another engine outright and sort out the warranty after it was installed. There was a considerable wait time to receive this replacement engine that was completely out of our control. Once we received the engine, it was in our possession for two days before ******************** truck was in the shop and the engine was being replaced. I understand ******************** frustrations and extend our apologies but the delays we have experienced are out of our hands. I would also like to add that ****************** has accused us of damaging his drivers side door as it wouldnt open. When the truck was delivered back to ****************** the door was functioning as it should, it opened and closed. He also accused us of damaging his A/C system. When replacing the engine the first time we found the A/C system had no refrigerant in it when we started the engine replacement (stand procedure is to recover the system to be able to remove components during the engine replacement without loss of refrigerant).
