Worst service EVER!!! My complaint is: We drove our car in for a major repair, two weeks before Christmas 2020.Meanwhile, we were out of two grand on car rental fees, while car was being repaired.We ended up paying Arizona Auto Care: $2,500, out of the $3,000 owed, and the car was not repaired, and they expected us to pay that amount of money, plus pay to have our car towed home. (The nerve, such poor service and customer service.They ended up towing our car to the back of our Apartment complex parking lot after we complained that we drove the car to the shop, the least they could do, was tow it back to our residence, which was literally across the street. I did not find out until I went to the auto shop to inquire about when the car would be towed, that they had towed it a month prior to our Apartment complex.We had to search the entire complex to find where our car was towed.The owner **** was not there, but the male employee that worked the front desk was rude, and very insensitive to what we had endured.I requested that the owner **** give me a call, and I never received that call to this day.To pay that kind of money and your car still has to be towed home is absolutely absurd!By the time I found my car in the back of the apartment parking lot, the windows were down, and it had been broken into, ran-shacked, with tools and several personal items stolen.This entire ordeal was unbelievable and beyond stressful to say the least.But all was not lost, the good news was: We purchased a brand new battery and installed it, and the car started right up on the first turn of the ignition.Such incompetence for a auto repair shop not to know that the car would not start due to a bad, faulty battery.This super poor service was absolutely unacceptable!!!! But in all fairness, we had used Arizona Auto Care repair services several times prior, with all repairs being over $300 with our two vehicles, and we were satisfied with their service, which makes it far worse, to treat a loyal, repeated customer in such a distasteful *****************************, you have lost two loyal customers for life, who truly had confidence in your company's auto repair abilities.We received such inconsiderate, incompetent, poor service, and it will always be unacceptable!!!
