Great company! I've been doing business with them for over 20 years! Element does all the wheels and tires on my car. The team at Element now does the tires, wheels, and lifts on all my family's vehicles too. Highly recommend them for prices, selection, and good Ole fashion customer service that is hard to find nowadays!!

I've been a customer of these guys for a few years, and each time, I have gotten nothing short of excellence. ********************* attended to me and he not only made my process smooth, but he gave me suggestions, quadruple-checked with the manufacturers to make sure measurements were right for my vehicle, gave suggestions on what would be a good look, kept me informed of discounts, and walked me through the entire process with very timely and professional communication. I highly recommend this company. I refuse to get wheels from anywhere else.

Over 20 years using these guys with great products and service. They help with my modified classics, my Europeans, and my trucks. Pricing and delivery is the best. What I really like is their ability to fit the right product to your vehicle. I have avoided some bad choices by alloying them to help select based on quality and fit.

Their customer service has to be some of the worst in the business, they will try the bare minimum to help you then give up and leave you in the hole as soon as they run into any inconveniences on their end.Purchased Wheels from them and 3 out of the 4 showed up, after contacting them they "reached" out to the shipping company and was told they were not able to locate the missing wheel. Then I get a reply from element stating that its not their problem because I didn't purchase their third party insurance.... any other company in the world would own up and deal with the shipping company they have contracts with and help the customer out regardless of third parties.And losing a 20" wheel has to be due to poor packaging, so again not something that should be blamed on the customer.

This is my first ever review ON ANYTHING.Element Wheels upset me so much that I want to express my horrible experience with them so people do not have to.I put a order in for rims thinking I would get it in a decent amount of time.But that was not the case, they informed me that it was on backorder which was not mentioned on their website at all.After receiving the email notifying me that it was backordered, I told them to just cancel.One day later, I get a email confirmation that my order went through EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL.After going back and forth about the cancellation (that they denied), they said there will be a 20% restocking fee.How is there a restocking fee if there are no rims?I got tired of going back and forth and just let it go and mention to them that I need to change the address for when it does come in.I finally got my order (4 months later) and it went to the old address I told them to change!I had to pay *** to reroute it and I sent Element Wheels a email of the charge and have not gotten a response...its been about a week now.They are a scam and unprofessional and did not tend to my needs even though they were taking my money.Will not ever suggest this company to anyone!Stay away and there are WAY more reputable wheel site online than these guys.Gave Element Wheels a shot and I really wish I didn't!
