    i'm in desperate need of Assistance with Sands Chevrolet. It seems like we are getting now where. My vehicle is being HELD HOSTAGE since November 2021. Ive been trying to work with Representative ******* from Sands **************************** Regarding my 2016 ***** Impala. I have Spoke to ******* and she is Very ****************** Unprofessional, Rude and very combative. She will not let me speak. Theres's no way of speaking to this woman. I have asked to speak to *********************** will not allow me and she repedeadly hangs up on me. I call back & spoke to **** (if i remember correctly) He was also rude and before i could even tell him the complaint he was very agitated and combative. I could hear the the woman ******* in the background. I need help and I need my car back PLEASE. the issues are my warranty company American Car Sheild has been working with this *******. and from the beginning. Here's my questions or disputes i have with this UNPROFESSIONAL WOMAN *******.-SHE GETS UPSET BECAUSE I QUESTION WHY IM BEING BILLED FOR THIER MISTAKES.1ST INCIDENT-SANDS CHEVROLET MISPLACED/ LOST MY CAR ************* REMOTE. I WAS NEVER CALLED & ASKED ME IF I HAD EXTRA KEYS. THEY DECIDED UPON THEM SELVES TO MAKE A NEW SET OF ********** REMOTE, & NOW THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY??!! THEIR ****************** EXPECT ME PAY? THAT IS NOT RIGHT. 2ND INCIDENT-SANDS SERVICE ***** ******* @ SANDS SERV. HAS BEEN WORKING WITH MY WARRANTY COMPANY AMERICAN CAR SHEILD. MY DEDUCTIBLE IS $100.00 ONCE MY CAR IS READY FOR DELIVERY I WOULD PAY MY $100.00 TO SANDS -IM DONE. BUT THIS IS NOT THE ***** NOW SANDS SERV.IS BILLING ME OVER $995. +DAILY STORAGE FEES BECAUSE AGAIN SANDS SERVICE ***** DECIDED TO USE THE MORE EXEPENSIVE ENGINE INSTEAD OF WHAT MY WARRANTY FOUND FOR THEM. NO ONE SPOKE TO ME ABOUT THIS DESICION OR WHY SANDS DECIDED TO GO THAT ROUTE. ESPECIALLY IF THERE WAS GOING TO BE AN ADDITIONAL OUT OF POCKET COST FROM ME!!! I WOULD HAVE GONE THE 1ST CHOICE
