Took my 5th wheel RV to Premier Coach Works on June 12, 2022 for a laundry list of repair and upgrades. Some of the repairs were covered by insurance and the balance was self pay . It is now Dec. 23, 2022 and all I get from my inquiries to the Service Advisor *********************** is a rehearsed memorized script of "Yeah, we need to get a couple of techs on it to tie up a few loose ends, then bring into the wash bay for a clean-up and develop a punch list to make sure we covered everything." He did tell me that the techs burned up the inverter I was having installed and they are now waiting on the manufacturer to cover the warranty. I wrote to the manager and got no response, so the problems are deep rooted and management is of no help. Please, DO NOT GO HERE!

I HAD MY MOTOR COACH IN TO GET THE SLIDE TO WORK. THEY HAD MY COACH FOR 9 MONTHS AND COULDN'T FIGURE IT OUT. IN THERE PROCESS OF YROUBLE SHOOTING THE PROBLEM THEY RUINED MY BATTRIES BECAUSE THEY LEY THEM GO COMPLETLY DEAD. THERE TROUBLE MAN HAD A SHORT WHILE TROUBLE SHOOTING AND BIRNED UP INTERIOR LIGHTS. I COULD GO ON FOR AN HOUR WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS THEY CREATED. THEY CHARGED ME ROUGHLY $ **** TO DO NOTHING EXCEPT TO DESTROY MY CONVERTOR, HEAT PUMP CONTROL CARDS ETC. THEY COULD NOT REPAIR MY SLIDE. TOOK THE COACH TO ANOTHER PLACE AND THEY FIXED ON 4HOURS PLEASE DON'T TAKE ANYTHING TO PRIMIER COACH REPAIR!!!! THEY RIPEDE OFF. I REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS.

This company has been paid, has my car parts, and have refuse to schedule service since mid December 2021. *** Sore has given me 3 different reasons why they will not schedule since December and every time it is something new. In December it was that they don't scheduled anything new in the month of December, then it was that he was busy and couldn't help me so he'd call back (he never did), then he says on Jan 15th 2022 that they are only working on cars they currently have scheduled and will not schedule any more cars because of covid. He said they have technicians currently but will not schedule me. I have been SO polite and understanding but NO MORE! This is theft holding me hostage until they decide to schedule me. My car is in need of repair and how much longer can I drive my car In this condition? They refuse to help me. Vanessa ***** desk is only helpful to the point of taking my number and saying that *** will call me back which always is a lie because every time he has some excuse as to why he cant call back. I am trying to get ahold of their manager "****" who I can not get ahold of either. I just want to schedule my car to be repaired since they took my money and have my parts. This is outrageous to treat someone like this.
