Outstanding experience with this company. Had them out to check a strange noise on my furnace. They were quick to get one of their men out to my house. He found the issue and got it fixed quickly and I thought the pricing was very fair.Review from Shelby F

So thankful for Grand Canyon Home Services. Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air on Sunday afternoon in the heat of summer. Their after - hours help responded quickly and efficiently. We are so thankful to have a quality company that we can count on.Review from Simon B

Beyond thankful for this company!! Grand Canyon Home Services came out to look at our AC when it stopped working. The technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue and explain my options. The part needed for my unit wasn't something he carried on his van and it seemed that all the distributors in the area were out - we thought we were going to be without AC for 3-5 days. The office staff didn't give up on trying to find this part locally and they were finally able to find one. They called me with the good news the next day and got our system up and running before the hot weekend! I will continue to trust Grand Canyon and recommend them to everyone I know.Review from Gale Y

Absolutely amazing service! I called this company out to service my air conditioning system and was very pleased. I am elderly and always worried about finding a good company. Grand Canyon Home Services came out diagnosed my system. The technician arrived within the window that they gave me. He was very professional and friendly. The technician had my air repaired very quickly. I was extremely happy with the price they charged me and really liked the options they gave me. I went ahead and decided to get on their maintenance program so that I can have service done twice a year and not worry about it breaking down again. ********************* *** Retired On April 10th 2023 Grand Canyon Home Services inspected my broken down A/C unit as it was not working. The next day late I received a quote to replace my A/C coil that they said had a hole in it and leaked all the Freon out. The tech said they might have to order from overseas as the coil was rare. I have a 3 year old Carrier A/C unit in a 3 year old house. There were four prices from Platinum down to Band Aid Repair slightly under 5k. I told them on the 12th of April that I had a person that might be able to source the Coil and could I have the Part number. I called twice and never got a call back. The next day I sent an email and got a part number back. I then asked for the model number which they sent me. Turns out the 2 numbers were for different coils, a small one around 2 ton and a 5 ton. So the numbers did not match. I had another A/C company come on the 15th, of April 16, 2023. They found an aluminum line to copper the solder had come undone and separated. Since it was the company that originally installed my A/C unit they evacuated the system checked it all out. Filled it back up at no cost. You can make out what you will with the work from Grand Canyon Home Services, but I would not recommend them to anyone.Grand Canyon Home Services LLC Response

Hi ************,Thank you for the feedback. I have reviewed all the notes for your service call, listened to the phone call recordings and reviewed the email communications...************** found a leak at the same copper to aluminum coupler you mentioned in your review, but also found a leak at the indoor refrigerant coil during his thorough electronic leak search. The leak at the coupler was visually obvious and didn't even require any tools to find it. We did use the detector to confirm the oil was from a refrigerant leak. We always perform a thorough search, including the attic equipment, which is where the other leak was detected. While the coupler repair would take care of the bigger leak, this is definitely the quicker cheaper repair. The coil is a much bigger, more expensive repair and will continue to leak slowly causing a major expense down the road. By this point, the warranty from the company that installed the system (which was Not Grand Canyon Home Services) will likely be expired, We provided the model number number from the coil and the part number that the local Carrier distributor gave us as the current replacement. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over what they tell us. All we can do (and did) is pass the information along I'm not sure how we even got involved in this situation on a system this new. I can only imagine that the original installing contractor couldn't get out to you for awhile, but we could provide fast service. I am extremely happy to hear that the company that originally installed your equipment (which was Not Grand Canyon Home Services) fixed your problem. That is what should have happened in the first place on a system that new. We wish you the best and hope you're air conditioning system continues to cool properly.Review from Jake D

This company had me pay $475 to unclog an a/c drain. It took the person less than 30 minutes. No parts were required. Nothing else was done. Price gouging is real.Review from Jim B

Extremely pleased with this company! They came out for a second opinion on my air conditioner, which another company said was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Thank God I called Grand Canyon! Their tech came and took a look and found it was nothing more than a loose wire...phew! Thank you to Grand Canyon for being so honest and helping us through this stressful situation!Review from John W

Great to know that good companies like Grand Canyon still exist! We were referred to them by a neighbor, so we had them out to do maintenance on our air conditioner. They did a great job and taught us a few things about our ac unit that we never knew. Thanks again!Review from Carisa S

Weve had **** maintenance and repair our almost 15-year old system for several years. They helped us get as much life as we felt we could out of that system. Because of their high levels of quality work, honest/fair pricing and superb customer service, we made the decision this spring to have them replace our entire system. The crew and the top-notch technician (****!!) that worked on the multi-unit, multi-day job were professional, courteous and focused on doing the job correctly the first time. Everything is *************, but we know if there were to be an issue, they would be out here immediately just like they were when we still had our old, beat-up, sub-par system. Great experience with this company! I had them out for a second opinion and I'm glad I did!!! The other company told us that we needed major repairs that were going to cost several thousand dollars. We felt uneasy about what the other company told us, so we called Grand Canyon. The service man came out and confirmed that the major repairs we had been quoted were not needed. We are so thankful to the team at Grand Canyon Home Services. They saved us thousands of dollars!!
