I was amazed that two guys could knocked out my AC replacement in one day but they did it. Left everything cleaner than how they found it. I appreciated the different options they provided above the basic install. I did not mind paying extra because I knew exactly what I was getting. They were extremely friendly, on time and fast. I would recommend SMW to anyone who has AC needs. Over the years my old dying AC was worked on by numerous companies/people. None were as good as SMW. I am a customer for life.Review from Ronald M

***** was absolutely amazing! On time and an overall phenomenal employee! He treated us like we are family / life long friends! Very knowledgeable and skillful! 5 stars in my books! He took time to show us everything he did and told us how our outcome will look! We absolutely love *****! He is kind, generous and overall very knowledgeable! As A former employer they treated me like garbage ignoring any work I did . I worked for four months every day on time . I booked appointments but I didn't like they're supervisor they hired because she thinks she's great but others did work. Anything I disagreed even though I got no complaints she bullied me. She ignored that I have experience instead looked for anything wiring in me. She couldn't say my name right which is discriminatory . I never had this problem in seven years with any supervisor. So I suggest you becareful .Review from Kevin L

My ac unit unit broke down and it was over 95 degrees in my house with my kids on a weekend. I called SMW and the owner ***** himself came out and gave me temporary cooling to make it through the weekend until they where able to install a new system in my home. Great customer service and even better prices. Its hard to find a company where the owner will come out himself to take care of his own customers.Review from Hannah B

Just had ***************************** out to do a tune up! Great customer service, did a thorough look at both the furnace and AC, explained in great detail what needed to be replaced and why. Ive also had great service from the office staff while scheduling the appointment! They did have to reschedule once but I fully understood why and they communicated it well! They earned my business for many years to come after today!
