**** Roberts was who our builder used to install unit so we called them thinking it would be best being they put the system in. We are in a new build home and home now is only 2.5 years old. We have had multiple issues with the unit over the last year. This year alone I made a service call in June *********************************************************************************************************************************** didnt do. Had a furnace blower replaced TWICE in two weeks due to error. We had our coils and parts replaced TWICE now. Our unit is still not functioning properly and now freezing over which was never an issue before and I am too scared to call them back yet again after dealing with so many issues and being without AC for almost two months. I have kids in the home and cant keep dealing with AC issues and incompetent techs. We even had lead tech come out after multiple complaints to the manager and yet we still have issues.Chas Roberts A/C & Plumbing Response

The worst company ever, beware! I had a technician come out to my house on Thursday because the ** in my master bedroom was not working. My house comes equipped with three thermostats in different rooms and my master bedroom would not drop below 83. The technician who came out on Thursday went up to the attic, did not even check my unit outside came back down from the attic 15 minutes later said that my air conditioning was running at 97 to 98%. Everything look great, I go out of town on Friday. I get back home on Monday ************ entire house is over 85 now the units in my entire house are not running. I called them asking for someone to come out on emergency since its over 100 outside & they tell me the soonest theyre able to get a technician out is Tuesday morning at 9 in the morning. Ive heard horror stories of this business from other within my community, but ultimately this is the company that my ** unit was installed by. I was billed $85, only so I can be in a worse situation. Now lets see what type of excuse they provide when they come back.Review from Patrick E

2 yr old system. Installer: Chase Roberts I would not let this company within 10 feet of my HVAC! This company left an elderly couple without heat for two weeks! UNDER WARRANTY. Single system install by **** Roberts through builder. Service calls every 6 months. If they send the "Lead Tech", Do not let him near your System. He caused an outage due to frayed wires during first motor replacement. On another visit, the tech was confrontational and I should have thrown him out right then.Just because your big, doesn't make you good.Apparently, we are not alone. 1 stars seem about right.Review from Dan W

**** Roberts is truly an amazing business and my family and I could not be more grateful for their help. Our AC went out during the summer on a Monday and by Wednesday we had a full AC system installed in a matter of hours. The work was professional and ************ was amazing to work with in sales. We have a small child, so their urgent help was very appreciated. Highly recommended!Review from James G

Do not use this company at all costs!! We bought a Meritage home in 202 and this company did the ** system install. We had nothing but problems and everytime we reached out to them they would send out a different incompetent service person who would spend a few minutes looking into and then swear nothing was wrong. We had an independent company finally come out and confirm our suspicions, the system was stalled incorrectly and several joints were leaking. We were very low on refrigerant as well. Both things that ***** Roberts employees swore didn't exist. We contacted ***** Roberts about the findings and they responded that our system was no longer covered by them since we had some else service the system. Stay away from this company, avoid at all costs! They do not care!!Review from Dan H

We greatly appreciated the prompt scheduling upon my phone call requesting service and then having the plumber, ****, call to let me know he was able to come earlier than expected. **** was professional and friendly. He was very thorough and skillfully fixed our plumbing issue. I will not hesitate to call **** Roberts for any future plumbing needs.Review from Noli M

Bought a house built 2019 in ******** and 4 months later at the heat of summer, AC stops working. Two independent HVAC company said compressor is dead due to non refrigerant caused by a leak. The aluminum tubes instead of copper was used and poorly done causing a premature leak. Called the Cartier for warranty repair and pointed me to **** Roberts, the commercial installer for this community. They dispatched a technician and said parts is covered but quoted me $3k for labor. $3000 for labor! I called *****, the technician to provide a written statement numerous time to resend to correct email address and no response. Nothing, ***** Poor customer service, poor workmanship, and price gouging. Horrible company. How the h*** they get away with this?I see other complain of leak from other customer. looks like theres a workmanship issue with this outfit?Review from Kevin B

Had an AC technician tell me my line from my AC to the attic handler is leaking because it was improperly installed when the house was built by **** Roberts After talking with people in my ********** community this has happened to more than a lot of people *** contacted them and they are not willing to fix it for a reasonable price or acknowledge it was theyre mistake in installation I shouldnt be paying for any major repairs on a new AC unit because of faulty installationChas Roberts A/C & Plumbing Response

Terrible company! Got a brand new house with ***************'s A/C units (1 for upstairs and 1 for downstairs). Every single year that we have been in our house now we have had one of our 2 units have a problem. Takes their technicians hours to fix. You would think with a brand new house we would have brand new units. If they are brand new why would we have a problem with a unit every single year. 3 years in a ****** was our upstairs unit and this year it is our downstairs unit. And now of course we are beyond our warranty so it's all out of pocket for the repairs. UNACCEPTABLE for brand new units!!!Chas Roberts A/C & Plumbing Response

I was so very happy to have **** Roberts check my A/C unit before the Hot temperatures arrive!My technician (*************************) was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He went right to work and he explained everything he was going to do. I'm very happy with my recent visit from **** Roberts and will remain a customer for a long time!
