We are very pleased with Reeis service since they installed our new air conditioner several years ago. They come twice a year to check the air conditioner and furnace and their techs always do a thorough inspection. ********* came this time and was very thorough and pleasant. We had a new HVAC system installed a couple of months ago (mid April) and have waited for it to operate.in hot weather before rating it. We can now say it meets all our expectations and is great.****** our sales rep was especially helpful, answered all our questions and took care of things promptly. Also had a new hot water heater installed at the same time, it's also working fine.The install crews did a nice job on both installations.I would recommend REEIS and this crew **************REEIS Air Conditioning Response

I hired Reeis to install two new AC units. ***** was my sales person. He was very professional and made recommendations other AC companies did not bring up. Specifically that my duct system was not sized correctly and needed some improvements. The install took two days. The install crew did a nice job. The install supervisor was very helpful and walked me through everything. I would recommend Reeis.REEIS Air Conditioning Response

Sadly, there is no option for a "zero" star review. Among many errors, REEis installed undersized AC units (six tons vs. the approved eight tons) at our newly built home, and at others in our neighborhood, and then proceeded to attempt to BS their way out of any fault by sending techs out to adjust dampers, change a duct, etc. and generally delay any real repairs to the system, all seemingly to run out the clock on the two-year home warranty.The *************** REQUIRES changes to be approved; they didn't bother (see last paragraph):www.*******.gov/pddsite/Documents/TRT/dsd_trt_pdf_00086.pdf It's taken YEARS of battles and we and other homeowners received five-figure awards from the builder, but since ******* is a VERY "business friendly" state, we homeowners have had to pay our attorney and the expert witnesses out of our repair awards. Nice, really nice . . . .Sadly, the funds left over will only make a small dent in what it's going to cost to fix their many s**** ups--it's far more expensive to "re-work" an already built home, and that's if we can find a reputable firm to even touch this disaster of an **** install in the first place (many just look at the plans, look at what was actually installed by REEis, and then shake their heads--they have told us it's a mess, and provided five-figure estimates to replace some of the **** equipment that REEis installed without seeking *************** approval).There is so very much more to the story but there is limited space here; this cover story in the ***************** barely scratches the surface (the owner, *******************, is quoted--note how he treats valid questions from the press. Is that the kind of person you want working anywhere near YOUR house?):***************************************************************************************************** In our opinion, REEis **** should be avoided, even if they were the last **** company in ******* . . . .REEIS Air Conditioning Response

The event of this complaint were from a home a client built in 2016 The fact that **************** is attempting to defame one of my companies in 2023 is a testament to ****************' character. **************** purchased an investment property from a client homebuilder in 2016. He never moved into the home. He created a false narrative to blame his builder for his poor investment decision. He attempted to get every agency in the state to support his false claims. The ************************** the ***************, the ** Registrar of Contractors, The EPS/Department of Energy all dismissed his claims. I was an expert witness against him in the builder's civil defense suit. Once the deposition was completed, he went on every media outlet possible to defame REEIS. There is no validity to any of his complaints. REEIS did not even install his HVAC system. We have an appointment. And REEIS, is a NO CALL, NO SHOW. This is the 3rd time they've done this.Do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere. This company have wasted our time too many times! We have things to do, and places to be. And for them to be a NO CALL, NO SHOW 3x ... Is unprofessional and disrespectful of our time, money, and effort.Would be great to be compensated for the times they NEVER called or showed up for the appointments. $50/hour is acceptable.How VERY disappointing!REEIS Air Conditioning Response

Our apologies. Due to uncontrollable delays, we needed to push the customers appointment to a "different" time slot. This customer is actually scheduled for today August 2, 2022...(we confirmed with customer yesterday that appointment was for today). We tried to reach customer via phone (left voice mail -Dispatcher made a call lasting 0m 29s 8/1/2022 3:46 PM) with no response.My Service Manager spoke with customer this morning and we are completing services per customer.
