      I just saw them on a podcast of Indisputable. They used the *** word with a customer they sold a lemon to. They charged an 8 month pregnant woman with an extendable police baton. I would try a ******* or something? ***.

      Scammers and racists you can smell the alcohol coming from the managers breath at 11am in the morning. Aggressive and rude you call and they hang up in your face. Telling everyone to report to BBB theyll sell you a lemon, steal your money, and proceed to call you racial slurs and threaten to beat you with a weapon. Simple ****** search to see how they operate smh Ill be on the phone with the bbb all day if I have to

      If you are a person of color, please dont come here. They are racist and are known to mistreat minorities - used the N-Word with the hard R! Also known to be aggressive.

      EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED in how this dealership has treated me. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PREGNANT WOMEN AND PUT ME AT RISK OF DEATH BY SELLING AN UNSAFE VEHICLE!! I financed a vehicle on the first of this month (07/01) and three (3) WEEKS later, it has problems; the A/C went out, the breaks are bad and worst of all the speedometer gauge stopped on me MULTIPLE TIMES while driving the vehicle!! My life is at risk as I am driving! I have tried to talk to the service people but they seem overwhelmed and backed up with so many service requests. They want me to drop off the vehicle for weeks to months to complete the service however, I am not able to do that as they do not provide a courtesy vehicle. I have tried to discuss changing out the vehicle with service and the dealership. One says they need to get the OK from the other and neither have helped me with this process. I went in to the dealer directly and they sent me away telling me that I need to talk to the bank directly as they would be the ones to make that decision. When I spoke to the bank, they told me that there is nothing they can do because the vehicle is financed so that is all they do. I am now left without help and a non-functioning car that I cannot drive. I cannot pay for a car that I am driving!! I WILL NEED MY MONEY BACK OR A VEHICLE THAT IS SAFE TO DRIVE!! ??AVOID going through this issue and DO NOT FINANCE YOUR VEHICLE/S HERE!!! THEY WILL SELL YOU A BROKEN CAR AND YOUR LIFE WILL BE AT RISK!!

      I co-signed for a 2014 ***** Equinox for my son in January. February the ac stopped working, so we called and they had us bring it. Recently my son told me the his air wasnt blowing cold, so when he went to get an oil change, I had him get his ac checked. The tech wouldnt touch it because he said that the clutch wasnt engaging and it sounded like the compressor was going out. Also, there wasnt a cabin air filter in the car and it has an engine leak and transmission leak. He calls ****** **** and was told that they couldnt get to his car until May 10. Upon hearing this, I called them back and was told the same thing. I told them that that was unacceptable, being that my son is a college student and has two full time jobs. Was told that all they do is fix the car and transferred me to the financial department, only to be told that they only deal with the finances and I needed to car the Van ***** dealership because theyre the one that sold me the car. So, call them only to be told, I dont know why they told you to call me. After repeating the problems with the car and my sons situation, he ask can he put me on hold which I said yes. When he gets back on the phone, he gives me number to call and ask for ****. I called and **** wasnt available, but I talk to *****, who was very patient and took the time to listen. He took notes and said that he would make sure to get them ****, who was on a Zoom call at the time. But was told that he would call me back. We purchased the extra coverage. Im still waiting for a call back, but ** very frustrated and disappointed with everyone putting it off on the next person. What is my son supposed to do with car with no ac and leaks, until May 10. Very unprofessional. My son cant pay for a rental because he payed his car note. These are the last two weeks of school, with graduation next week and he has no car to drive there or to work.

      Poor customer service sold a car they knew had serious mechanical issue very nonchalant over how I get back and forward to work gave me the run arounds between the service and financial department dont recommend at all bad financial mistake

      The service and help I received from cactus jack in ******** was amazing.they went above and beyond to help me get in a vehicle.
