      One of there door to door salesman rung my doorbell at 9 pm which made my dogs bark and wake up my 11 month old baby just to ask if we had two minutes to talk. People are going to bed at 9 pm for work the next day. Absolutely ridiculous.

      Our experience with Suntria has been less than stellar. Yes, going Green was what we wanted to do and we are happy with the product and the results on the electric bill.However, the service is horrendous thus far. The salesman is A-1, but the installation crew caused damages to our roof and the company refuses to do what's right and ***air the damages.There was an inspection done by the company and pictures were taken of the roof decking from inside the attic area. The ONLY people that have been on our roof are Suntria personnel.They didn't even bother informing us that damages had occurred. Instead, I found out from a different contractor installing a new HVAC System.The salesman came back out after I called him and took pictures of the damages. The damages were NOT there in the pictures taken during the original inspection, but WERE there after the panels were installed.Suntria **************** was notified and sent a tech out that placed some sealant on a few shingles, but nothing has been done to ***air the broken decking planks. The roof DID LEAK from the shingles damage and that was resolved with the sealant, which helps avoid additional damages, but still no decking ***airs.Communication with anyone besides the sales *** has been difficult and unproductive. I was informed to file a claim with my home owners insurance.I'm a ******************* and know as fact that one can feel it when there is a soft spot in a roof. In this case, there are decking planks that have been snapped and pushed downwards into the attic area. Why did the company not inform us of damages and stop the installation until ***airs could be made?Now Suntria wants us to pay $10, 625 to remove the panels to ***air the roof, $14,200 to ***lace the roof (but NOT the decking, which has an additional charge), and worse yet...this has to been done by Suntria contractors ONLY in order to not void the warranty on the panels.We love the product, NOT Suntria.

      New Solar Panels installed today & just wow. The entire process was really smooth. ***** was beyond helpful and extremely responsive. ******, *****, *************** were an excellent install team. They came in and were extremely efficient , professional and got everything done beautifully. 10/10 would recommend again.

      My husband and I were thinking about getting solar for quite a while, but did not understand all the costs and benefits. ***** ****** from Suntria came to our home and thoroughly explained how the system would work and the savings to our electric bill. ***** came out again to make sure we understood all the benefits and cost saving ideas. Very professional sales team and technicians.

      Amazing company with wonderful employees! If you have ever wanted to learn more about renewable energy or are looking to take the next steps and go solar then Suntria is the route to go. Highly recommend!

He helped me get the best deal, and was so transparent about what him and his team were doing. ******* also helped save me so much money in the long run and I could tell he really cared about me.
