This is a warning to anyone thinking about using Readers magnet. My mother was approached by this company to publish a childrens book for her. They showered her with praise "telling her how great the book was and if she was planning to do more, etc." In the end they managed to scam her for $15k for multiple books, marketing, etc....none of which were even close to being done a year later. It in my opinion that they intentionally made mistakes etc., to try to run out the clock on charging back transactions. In my opinion, I would recommend that people DO NOT ENGAGE with this firm. Note: this is based on the real experience of one person and one experience, but take from it what you will.

As we know it, our team are doing our best to fulfill the services if only ****************** is responsive. Before you came in the picture, there was no other intention besides completing the publishing packages ****************** availed of from us. We have hundreds of clients we are currently are working on with who are appreciative of our efforts and we wish to have ****************** be part of it. I know this all started when ****************** missed to join The Festival of Storytellers early this year in which our team has been consistently communicating her with to know why she declines last minute knowing each booked slot is anticipated. It not only caused an issue in the production side since it was a last minute change of mind but regrettably a missed opportunity to make her see and feel what truly it is to be part of the ReadersMagnet family. Moreover, ****************** did not pay $15K to us like what you are claiming. You might need to check with ****************** where else this claimed $15K worth of charges came from. Additionally, we have started our refund process on March 07, 2024. We informed you and ****************** about it. Recently, you shared about your attempt to chargeback in which our team has been checking every day. Please make up your mind and sort it out so we can continue with the refund process following the schedule we shared with you.Previously, ****************** filed chargeback but eventually it got returned by your bank to us since we have clear evidence of service. Like always, we are very willing to complete these services with ****************** in as much as we are willing to look into returning monies when deemed necessary.We are looking forward that this case gets settled very soon.Regards,ReadersMagnet Team
