I genuinely wish I could provide a good review. Unfortunately, after 3 years with TAG, we had to terminate the relationship following repeated errors with fiduciary issues; including benefit calculations, HSA contribution errors, 401K contribution errors, payroll errors, benefits and difficulty with responsiveness to address these challenges. We were told that our benefits were 'too rich and too complicated' for the TAG system to administer. When I called to speak with our salesperson about the decision to terminate our relationship, he told me that our company was a terrible client, and they were happy to see us leave. At present, TAG has been holding our FUTA and SUTA tax funds for no reason, and we cannot get them to release the funds to our new administrator. Working with them got worse as time went on, and leaving has been a nightmare. Save yourself the pain.
