Loved my experience of purchasing and having windows and a patio door installed by this company. Shane the salesman was so nice to deal with. Always professional, friendly and a great communicator. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and was quick to respond to any questions. Pricing was the best out of 4 quotes I received. The installation team (Pavel, Alec and two others) did a great job on the installation. They were careful to put down runners to protect my floors and did a great job of cleaning up. Even in -22 degree weather! I had a great experience from beginning to end !

This company was tasked with putting in the front doors of all the condo's in my building. However, they used industrial level chemicals, which have a strong chemical smell. And when I asked the workers, how long does the smell last, I was told a couple of days. After a couple of days, the smell hadn't gone away, so I asked again, and mentioned that I was 6 months pregnant and I was told 7 days. At 9 days, I sent an email, and it's then that I was finally told that it "should subside within 2 weeks. It cures much slower in the cold weather months" As well, that when I had been opening the door when I was home, to make sure I didn't breathe in all the chemicals, this was making the situation worse. In my opinion, this information should have been 1) told in advance, because I would have tried/argued with the condo not to have industrial level chemicals sprayed in my home in the winter if it takes longer to cure (let alone while being pregnant) or 2) told this when I queried in the first place, so I could have done something about it.

The exterior silicone caulking was not sprayed into your home it was used on the exterior of your home to seam up the frame of your new front entrance door to prevent air and water penetration. The product ***** ***** ****** is an exterior silicone caulking used by all Window and Door Installation Companies across Canada as this very resilient building product is made to endure our extreme climate in all four seasons . It was the same product used the summer 2019 when we replaced all of the windows and balcony doors for your condo complex .There was no mention about the scent of the caulking during or after this 1st Phase of your window and door upgrades. We apologize for the communication break down and for your discomfort experienced during the curing period of the caulking this Fall on Phase 2 of your Condo improvements . Yours sincerely, *****
