I am extremely impressed with the professionalism show to us in the replacement of our Hot Water Tank today.. **** and his associate arrived on time . het both were very pleasant and explained the procedure and estimate time of completion. Care was taken to put down protection on our floors and stairs and to clean up any mess incurred.. I was also very thankful for the advance email with a picture of **** so we would feel safe to admit him for the work to be done. That is a very comforting extra step especially for seniors and singles. I would highly recommend **** Heating and the Home Service Group to anyone looking for this kind of service ************************* ottawa on

**** ******* initially took out our old YORK furnace (of 21 years) and let us do some floor repair work. They arrived a week later and installed a new YORK (LX series) furnace for us (Sept 2021). All the work was done efficiently and cleanly. Very happy. As well, a review of six local Ottawa installers resulted in **** having the best price.Home Service Group Inc. Response
