Great company to work with - extremely professional, competitive pricing and very transparent if there are any course corrections that needed to be made. I deal with contractors both professionally and personally as were doing home renovations, and they are by far the best crew Ive ever worked with!

Top marks to EC Foundations for the job recently completed (July 2024). There was a significant crack in the garage foundation and the garage floor was severely cracked with a couple of sections sunken.***** and **** came for a preliminary meeting and explained that before any quote for work could be given, an exploratory dig was required to determine the extent of the foundation crack. As part of the dig an engineer was brought in to analyze the soil and foundation and recommend a course of action.In the end the project was completed quickly and with high quality. I was kept up to date with progress, any delays due to weather, and the schedule for the garage floor cement pour (as it was a subcontractor). The site was maintained with safety barriers as required and cleaned up properly after the job was completed.The EC Foundations crew and the *********** were hard working, friendly and willing to answer any questions I had.EC Foundations had previously repaired a minor crack in the house foundation, and I had recommended them to another homeowner who was very happy with the work.I would recommend EC Foundations if you are seriously concerned about any foundation issues with your house.

I had EC foundations do some reparging of a block foundation, as well as remove a separate entrance from my house. ***** and the team were amazing to work with - they did the work requested in the timeframe originally predicted, communicated regularly with me throughout the project, addressed my requests in a timely fashion, and were quiet and clean while inside the house - I was worried I would have to go into the office more while I was having foundation work done, but it was like the crew wasn't even there!

We had EC foundations do exterior repair & waterproofing of a section of our basement foundation wall. They did a great job. The crew was knowledgeable about foundation issues, surprisingly efficient diggers, and thorough in their work. They were also happy to answer questions and explain what they were doing. Would recommend.

EC Foundations is a very professional firm. Everyone we dealt with was confident, skilled and reliable. EC Foundations arrives at your home when they say theyll be arriving, they do excellent work with minimal disruptions, they take great care to protect gardens and the surrounding property, they clean up carefully and they honour their quoted price. We would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted three foundation companies and five engineering companies about my concerns with my basement. Of the lot, only EC Foundations made an onsite inspection of my house before submitting a proposal. Their analysis was that my issues were minor, that I was already mitigating the situation appropriately, and that it was not worth the very expensive cost of renovation. He charged me nothing for this visit that saved me a lot of money. A class act for sure.

Would strongly recommend! We hired EC Foundations to waterproof our back home wall, fixing 2 cracks and installing 2 window *****. The entire process was fantastic. **** was clear, honest, and considerate in his advice from the time of the first estimate and the crew were a fun bunch with plenty of knowledge and care for the work (e.g. ensured our lilac trees were safe and were happy to answer all our questions).

We were increasingly worried by the cracks in our garage's foundations and decided to get the remedial work done by experts. After receiving some quotes we decided to go with EC Foundations whose work we were able to ascertain at a neighbour's house. From the first exploratory pit (and report from an engineer) to the pouring of the concrete floor, we always felt we were in good hands. Our numerous questions were always answered quickly and with the utmost courtesy. Every step was explained before the work started and the actual work was always done professionally. One aspect that impressed us was that the work was verified by an engineer. Last but not least, the crew ************** up the site before they left. We would unreservedly recommend EC Foundations for any foundation work.

The ** team completed the repairs in a very professional and timely manner, taking the time during the work to explain to me what they were doing. Their attention to detail was superb, and they did such a great cleanup that one area in particular looked precisely as it was before they started. I highly recommend EC foundations.
