I would not have written this review had it not that no one have responded in writing or call to my written mail to the President indicating my deception in their Customer Service. Needed catering for a small group. The food was delivered on time and was good. They have been in business a long time and I wanted to support nearby business. However, my dealings have been less than minimum quality.It was for sandwiches, salads, cheese platter and a cake. On 2 occasions I reinstated the inscription on the cake, but the cake was delivered without the inscription. Signed document for order on 16 August but on 27 August, with less than 24 hours on our event, I still had not received any confirmation. Very disappointed. Ce qui aurait dû être une transaction simple, facile et rapide n’a malheureusement été qu’une expérience frustrante et à aucun moment j’ai senti un intérêt de leur part dans ma demande. On a aimé la nourriture, mais le comble a été quand on a ouvert la boîte du gâteau et qu'il n'y avait aucune inscription bien que ça avait été réitéré à 2 reprises, par écrit. Très déçue.
