I have a **** maverick and ordered a part through allards 3 months ago and sterling has not gotton the part and will not give an eta.Is it legal for **** to sell vehicles and not have parts available.and don't blame covid as they are building these trucks every day and I can't get a 50 dollar partReview from Carol R

I purchased a 2019 EcoSport from Sterling ***** Since then, I've had to bring the car in for servicing because the engine light was on. This is the FIFTH time that I have the same issue exactly one month after it was serviced - when I called the Service Desk for the 5th time, I was promptly told "that my (her) time is limited" in providing me with a courtesy vehicle.....then speaking with the Service Manager - I insisted that they give me a courtesy vehicle, take mine in until it is fixed. Quote from Service Manager "that is nearly impossible" - but then said he could provide me with a courtesy car in 2 weeks "maximum". It is 2 weeks today and I have not heard a thing from Sterling ***** I texted ****, Service Manager, last week and still no response. I need a car - I have several medical and other appointments which MY time is positively limited - the simple reason I bought a car is because I NEED a car - taking it in for servicing every month is no longer an option.. I really need to have this resolved and I wish someone can come to my rescue.
