      ENTIRE TIME I have been coming for rechecks for my dog's ears I have not paid a service fee/office visit because I had multiple front desk people and the vets not charge me for them and state they DO NOT charge for rechecks. So, the last time, they said my total is $69.50. I asked what that includes, they said it was a recheck office visit and the rabies vax. I asked why I was being charged a visit when I have come in literally every single week before this without being charged before and was told that I wouldnt be charged for a recheck, since that is literally all they are doing. They are not doing an exam or checking vitals, literally all they are doing is using an otoscope to look at her ears. Because literally all the vet did was take her in back (which who even knows if he even looked at her ears! The other vets didnt take her in the back to do that!) and said, yep all looks good. This vet didnt elaborate unless I prompted questions of what that even meant like, so theres no inflammation, no redness, no excessive wax or build up, no sign of a red ring indicating an infection, etc.? Both office ladies tagged teamed me up front and said that they can charge a visit at the vets discretion. I stated I dont think thats acceptable and that I have never been charged one before so why all of a sudden now. ***** told me I should just go back to ******* Road vet, since I have had so many issues with this place. YEAH. My issues are their inconsistencies and attitudes with me. How unbelievably rude to say that to someone! There is no reason I shouldve been charged for an office visit when the vet literally didnt do anything but say yeah looks good. Lady goes, well you shouldve been charged the other times too, there was some miscommunication I guess, maybe you should call ahead of time to see if you will be charged or not. The inconsistencies are ridiculous and they are flat out rude to their clients.

      We have had many issues with this client and have fired her from coming back. I have talked with our managing DVM and she has always been very difficult. The way she treated out CSR's in the lobby with calling them F[)/?ing C[/:ts, we will no longer work with her. Thank you for all you do,

      This is slander and defamation, shame on you!! That word is not even in my vocabulary and for you malign me like that without ANY form of communication with me, is unbelievable. What poor business practices and customer service you are demonstrating for the public to see. Unbelievable that this manager/owner not once contacted me regarding any of the issues I wanted clarity on, after asking several times over multiple visits to speak to this person. I NEVER said this, how incredibly unprofessional for the staff/manager to lie to save their face online. I have worked in the pet industry for years and know how it is, I was not once difficult. I only requested clarification on payments and information - if thats what you call difficult then you guys really need to do some reflection on your practices. My last visit there I said I dont want to ******* pay that and for your front desk reps to lose the ******* attitude, with me. I have been calm and cordial the entire time working with this place and the rude and careless demeanor staff and for you to falsely claim these statements is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. All I wanted was for the manager to contact me, just once! I wanted an apology for the inconsistent service I received and clarification on your practices. All wouldve been avoided otherwise if you would have just been a decent business professional with a client.

      I brought my dog in right when they opened knowing we might go through with a sedated procedure for her ruptured ear drum. However, after getting a call around 3pm, they still had not done the procedure yet on her! She barely woke up from her anesthesia before she was sent home with me. So not okay! Had our dog wait there ALL day, then do the sedation 2 hours before they close and have me pick her up 30 minutes before they close just for her to only have just woken up from the procedure not even 45 minutes before? Unacceptable. Vet tech laughed who brought my dog out said, shes a little drunk, and laughed. Vet tech couldnt even confirm the instructions for the medication she would be on now either. Yeah, my dogs situation is extremely funny. I couldnt even believe when they called me at 3pm, that they hadnt even started yet. My poor dog was probably frightened all day and then just shipped out like nothing happened right after waking up. Anytime I have EVER brought any of my dogs into a procedure that required sedation, they were the first appointments of the day so they could wake up off the anesthesia before going home. It felt rushed and that her suffering didnt matter. This is when I started requesting for the office manager to contact me to which I never got a response ever.
