      We have been forced to have this service since the day we moved into our beautiful home. Since moving in we have spent countless months trying to get our service to work properly. We run into outages and major slow speeds at times while paying for BCT's Most expensive package. Recently we have had outages more than normal and called to get help. They ensured us nothing was wrong and ended it at that. We have been nothing but patient and understanding for over a year solid now and is the reason we have chosen to make this review. We feel hostage to them because they are the only option for internet out here and they make zero effort to make their customers 100% happy. I would say at best they give you 30% of what other companies would provide in customer service. As far as the service itself, they are decades behind in speed with a *** of 5mb upload this hinders almost all current day needs for internet speed. I run a graphic design company and they cause me so many issues, delays and in the end costs me potential customers. If I had the option, it would be a zero-star review until they choose to change their ways.

Unfortunately, the infrastructure currently in your area is unable to accommodate an increase in upload speeds at this time. We will take your comments under consideration as we formulate future improvements and expansions as we share your desire to increase speeds for our members. If you have challenges in future, we ask that you please reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can more quickly get you back to daily activities.

      I can be understanding to the inability to do upgrades, but your customer service responds with this same comments. Your company has made zero effort to actually ensure the current services you are offering are working properly. This was part of our complaint but again you focused on one area of our complaints. We call and you remotely say everything looks fine and we are left with service that cuts out and doesn't even work at times. If we had felt, your company had made every effort to ensure our services were working properly then we would not have resorted to this report and comment. We are now a couple years in service with you because we have to have internet and we expect better service than we are getting. You company has repeatedly given us basic responses with no action. You site and customer service provide us with all the right comments to make sure you are covered by law to basically not provide any services of repair. We have bought all new equipment since our comment and still have cut outs and moments of no service which tells us something is really wrong with the connection. Something only your company can take care of but you refuse to do so.
