I worked at this company and they were incredibly nasty people. They constantly accused each other of being the cause of problems and started fake office gossip. The project management department is the worst starter of this. One person was picked on to the extent that they actually blamed him for being cursed at by another co-worker and he got laid off instead of the one being the aggressor. This office is incredibly shady. On one project, they were trying to state that the hours used were over three times the amount of hours it took to complete the project. The false numbers were used to justify laying off another person unfairly. They waited until their web designer finished his work on the website and laid him off as well. They also have a history of false promised to their employees. One employee was promised a career path toward engineering and before that happened they laid off their engineer and that other employee. One employee was subject to harassment and false accusations not more than two days after being hired. The lead project manager convinced one employee to go to the job site only to personally drive that employee and yell at the new hire the entire trip. The other employees had ganged up on this person and set up the new hire because they were intimidated. So the new hire was yelled at based on false rumors started by others. He also took things too personally by not letting the employee drive to the site themself and trapped them in his vehicle to yell at them. He was incredibly aggressive and the new hire was crying and scared of losing her new job. The people at this company are the worst. Do not ever work for them.
