We are very sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience while residing at one of our properties. We value your feedback and appreciate you reaching out. I have looked into each of your complaints, and I see that all work orders for the unit were completed and there were no additional requests received for ongoing issues inside the unit. I also wanted to confirm that the common areas and trash area were contracted with vendors to be cleaned on a weekly basis. It also looks like a partial payment was made the month of the move out which resulted in an outstanding balance on the account.
