Pro Drain came to our house to fix a clog and ended up breaking our pipe and then told us it was our fault the pipe broke because it was old. They used a " Cutter Snake" on a pipe that they new was old and then put the blame on us and told us that they refuse to pay for what they broke. They gave no verbal warning or anything about their was a chance a pipe could break PRIOR to putting a cutter snake down our pipe. The Tech also broke another pipe piece under our kitchen sink and told the spouse it broke because it was old.. when it wasnt old at all due to we just put the pipe and new garbage disposal in around six months ago. So now i have a clogged kitchen pipe that i started out with PLUS the same pipe now down at the end that is in the crawl space under the house has a hole in it caused by the Pro Drain tech. I spoke with the owner and he was a complete jerk and said that IT WAS OUR FAULT and that EVERYONE knows you dont snake old pipes. Well evidently EVERYONE didnt know because his own Technition snaked our pipe without talking to us at all about what might happen if the pipes are old. The Owner even said that EVENNNN OLD PEOPLE KNOW that you dont snake old pipes and it isnt their responsibility to inform customers not to have them snake their pipes if they are old pipes. I marked dont even bother contacting the company BECAUSE the owner is a complete jerk and i dont want to waste BBB's time.I just want a bad review put in BBB so other people know that Pro Drain broke our pipes and then put the blame on us and are refusing to pay for or repair what they themselves broke AND they said that it isnt their reponsibility if they break someone's pipes The star rating i want to leave is " ZERO" because they dont even deserve one star So i here i sit now with a kitchen sink that i can not run water down because it the water will end up going out the hole in the pipe in my crawl space under my house
