I have mixed feelings on Meticulous. Imagine having a plumber come out and tell you that you need to cut a hole in your wall so that they can do some needed work on your pipes. You put it off because you REALLY don't want to cut a hole in your wall. You finally do and the next Meticulous plumber tells you that you didn't have to do that and there was an easy no-cost solution instead. I'm irritated that I now have a big hole in my wall, and I need to pay someone to fix it unnecessarily. I'm also grateful for the skills, knowledge, and abilities of the second Meticulous plumber to giving me a solution. If only the second plumber had come out to my house first, it would have been a completely different experience. The second plumber also did a great job re-piping my water heater. Like every company, your experience depends greatly on who they send out. If you need a plumber from Meticulous, ask for *****. He's a good one.Meticulous Plumbing Response

Hi ******, we looked at your project, and am sorry to hear you have mixed feelings about Meticulous. It seems like we were called out due to sewer gas smells in the laundry area, and the first plumber needed to look at the drain line in the wall to verify that there were no problems with it. ***** upon reviewing found a temporary plug behind a clean out plug that he was about to remove. I think you may need to live with this for a few days to make sure that the smells do not return, and if they do there may be other problems not discovered yet. I hope you follow up with us on this, and that the smells do not return.Review from Terry H

These guys were right on time and got right to work. They found the problem and repaired it to better than original condition. Then they cleaned up afterwards. Very professional! Meticulous communicated very well every step of the way. Also very professional.Meticulous Plumbing Response

Meticulous plumbing always performs an outstanding job. We've had them install a water heater, flush very old pipes, install a garbage disposal, fix a leaky toilet, and reseal bathroom fixtures. Everyone who has been assigned has been exceedingly capable, efficient, knowledgeable, and prepared. I'll never call another plumber.Meticulous Plumbing Response

Meticulous Plumbing has been our go-to plumbers for several years now. We have nothing but good things to say about the quality of their work, ease of scheduling, friendliness and professionalism! ********************* has been here several times, today to install a toilet. As usual he was prompt, friendly and completed the job in such a short time. He left the area spotless, and took time to see if we had any questions and that we understood everything about the installation. Thanks for the great work and superb customer service! ********************* did a fantastic job. Arrived on time, did the required work while we were in the middle of a power outage. Used superior product and was fast. My home was built in **** and the plumbing was exposed, not in the wall. *** provided a detailed estimate and the cost matched the estimate. **** came out one day after I signed the estimate. Everything about our experience was positive from beginning to end. **** was polite and professional, and helpful in explaining the issues and potential fixes/associated costs. They fit ** in earlier than our original appointment and added a second fix to the job that was not originally planned. Praise Those Who Halt Leaks Glad to say Meticulous proved eponymous (What, you want a sloppy plumber all down at heels?)But no mess they left. More important:Top-dog ******************* -- co-owner with his wife, *** --His X-ray eyes magically crafted a plan for the leak in my ceiling Option 1: feasible money-wise, time-wise, all that Option 2: ruinous on all fronts, a consummation to be eschewed *** led me gently by the hand, communication his forte Needs must, he and able ***** cut the ceiling To expose what festered, our home built **** And, praise ***'s respect for my tattered wallet, Option 1 rode home a winner, not even close *** and ***** got my mess tied down tight Done in a nonce, soon gone as if never there Aside from that blasted leak, which I don't miss.Should fortune frown and you need a plumber -- call Meticulous!**********Meticulous Plumbing Response

**** came out to snake our toilet that had clogged up. Their voice mail message warns that they are very booked with appointments. However, I left a message on Friday night and **** came out on Monday morning. It was quick. He is very professional and he's pleasant to deal with. He did a good job and everything is fine now. He also adjusted the handle/chain/float so that it works better. It cost $400 but my experience with other plumbers is that this price is pretty normal.Meticulous Plumbing Response

We agree that **** is very professional and pleasant, and we are glad that we were able to send him to you in a timely manner and that he was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. We know todays plumbing prices can come as a shock, but our work ethic and customer service are well worth the cost, and you can rest assured that the work is covered under our service warranty.
