      ******************* told me I wouldn't have turkey neck anylonger and a year almost I still have the turkey neck that I went in for the consultation for. They won't refund me or make it better. He tells you what you want to hear, and then when having a consultation before my year is Up, someone above him calls me and says your not getting your money back, I said I want a before and after on Am northwest to show my still ****** neck, she said that isn't going to happen. Going to talk to AM Northwest next. He shouldn't tell someone what the outcome will be, I would of Never bought into this is the Face of the company didn't assure me that it might not work!

      I have been a patient at ************** facility for about 5 1/2 years.I saw a provider named *********************************.On April 26 I had an appointment for Botox. I have been receiving Botox for approximately ***** years.After about 10 days I started noticing that one eyebrow looked a bit high. It got worse and worse.On May 12 I was set to have an eyebrow touchup done. She refused to do my touchup because my eyebrows are so uneven due to Botox. This lady has previously done my eyebrows a year ago and has photos for documentation.So I called **************** office and I explained what happened and they told me that they would fix the mistake at no charge.I spoke to one of the new injectors that they just hired and she said it would be an easy fix.On the morning of my appointment I had a phone call from the office manager.She wanted to badger me and tell me that I'm wrong, nobody made a mistake and sometimes this just happens. She told me she was trying to educate me. Me disagreeing with her was enough reason for her to cancel my appointment and remove me as a patient.So to recap, I have been a loyal patient at this facility for over five years. My injector quits so they give me ************ himself, (very creepy man, with poor bedside manners). He makes an error, I called to complain about it and because I don't want to agree that it wasn't an error, I am removed as a patient.This was a $550 service that they are not willing to correct or take fault for.So now I am left to find someone else and pay to fix the error caused by ************.

      Good morning ******,You received a treatment and called our office to schedule a recheck which was scheduled to address your concerns. However, when scheduling you spoke with three separate employees that reported (the day before your scheduled recheck), that you were verbally abusive and cursing at them. Our staff felt very uncomfortable and concerned for further treatment/interactions with you. It's unacceptable to communicate with any person in such a disrespectful manner. I called you the morning of your appointment to better educate you with the service you received to try to alleviate your concerns and that it was not out of the norm. You were very combative, told me to F off and that we were in the wrong. Again, what you experienced is very normal and can happen but you were not receptive to medical advice. It is imperative patient and provider maintain a health relationship. I want to be clear that we did not refuse to treat you due to your concern mentioned above. As the Clinic Manager/CEO, I will not allow my staff to be talked down, disparaged, yelled and cursed at. My conversation with you further validated my employees concerns.       This office manager is completely out of line and trying to switch blame now that this is being brought out publicly.She called me just a few hours before my appointment to let me know that they wouldnt see me because I disagree with the narrative they are trying to force me to agree to.Like I previously said, I have been a loyal patient at this clinic for over five years and never had a problem.The doctor they had was fantastic but left for reasons that are now apparent to me, I would not want to work there either.As a result the owner, Dr. Darm himself did my treatment.He did a faulty job. I have never in 15+ years of having Botox, ever had one eyebrow almost 2 inches higher than the other.I said it was the doctors fault. I said he made a mistake. I stand by that. If it was such a problem, this wouldnt have been the first time in 15 years that Ive had the problem.Because I refused to recant and say that it wasnt the doctors fault, they wouldnt see me.Im not going to be bullied or forced to say something that isnt true. Theres enough of that going on in the world right now and I wont be part of it. I spent $550 on the service and ended up with an eyebrow almost 2 inches higher than the other and they refused to fix it. I found someone else that does better and she fixed it without arguments.It was a simple three minute fix but Dr. Darms office refused to fix the mistake they created. I would never again recommend this facility to anyone.

      I was excited to learn more and attend my consultation. Due to illness and Covid I was unable to attend 3 appts. Although I called ahead and/or left msgs 24 hours before, and provided proof, they charged me $100 for each visit. Because I took up for myself they advised me I'm not a good fit and refused to accommodate my desire to continue. After everything and all the stress caused me, they decided to go ahead and credit/refund the money they took from my bank account. Be careful, do not ever second guess their actions, they will determine you "Not a good fit" too. Note, they are nice to begin with; Beware of wolves in sheep's clothing. They turn cold and self-riteous quickly.
