I have received your message regarding the challenges you've encountered with your new Prius Prime and the service follow-up. First and foremost, please accept my sincerest apologies for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused you, especially during a time of personal loss. We will immediately investigate why your communications were not responded to promptly and why there has been a delay in servicing your vehicle.
