We appreciate your candid feedback, and regret that we could not provide you with a satisfactory experience regarding the drains in your vehicle.
On 5/14 we did, omplete a service to clear your clogged drains. It's not uncommon for Miata drain tubes to clog when the top is down, and we documented another clog when the vehicle was brought in again on 5/24. We cleared this clog for you at no charge. You're right about the inconvenient timing but this is what the technician found when workiong on your vehicle.
When you returned to pick up your vehicle on 5/24, it was unannounced and before we could finish the drying process. We informed you the interior was not fully dry, and we offered to complete the job quickly. Instead of waiting, you elected to take the vehicle home with a damp interior.
We recognize that recurring issues like this are a huge inconvenience. Please know that we care deeply about your service experience and extending the life of your Mazda. We hope for another chance to earn your business in the future.
