      Issues noted with the service center:Brought car in for check engine light were told not to drive it. Give a one-month timeline. One month becomes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 whole months before they even open your car door when the part arrives. Extremely patient as consumers understand supply issues. Until July 2024 when the consumer was over the lack of honest communication coming from D*** Hannah Volkswagen ******************* April 2024 initial part received and notice care would be fixed in two weeks.New message car developed a leak and mold while in their care. Now the headliner needs to be fixed and the battery is dead. They want to charge for a new battery, but it was fine when we dropped it off it died because they neglected our vehicle while it was in their care. Approval to fix the headliner given. D*** Hannah service director *********************** states we can take our car now without the headliner and without a rearview mirror. Rearview mirrors are legally required for vehicles on the road in ******. She wanted to give us a vehicle in worse condition than when we dropped it off.******* admits to mold being on D*** Hannah and requested Volkswagen of America to replace the part. No word on if this mystery leak was fixed or found. No mold testing was done on the vehicle after mold was found and then wiped away. The consumer has a documented mold allergy.******* said it wasn't visible to her eye on the carpet. The carpet is dark black or grey. I can't remember because I haven't seen our car in 13 months. No sanitization was done either.Still no return date for our vehicle to be returned to us in working condition with the interior being leak and mold free like it was when we dropped it off for service. I did get very angry on the phone with them because we do not like being lied to and were so very patient for 1 3 months! She might try denying I am a customer because the account is in my partners name and phone number.

      Our agent, ********************* was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable, funny, courteous, helpful, attentive, and all around fantastic. I never once felt pressured; he was never distracted, and this was the best experience I have had to date at D*** Hannah! If I could give more stars I would! If I had a question, he had an answer!
