As ************** (below), expienced our two story home ran into their "FULL TRUCK" We were forced to scrap a number of items, desk, filing cabnet and several office chairs. It wasn't a great loss and would have added too great a cost for the items left off.BUT upon delivery of our furniture, we asked for the heavy items to be placed in our new home and we had them place the smaller boxes, which were mostly packed by their packers, in the two car garage, and we would unpack the boxes at our leisure.I had watched the packers doing their work and was pleased with the care they used. --- UNTIL -I could not find the antiques they carefully packed but DID NOT DELIVER. I called the company, explained whar was missing, asked them to review their storage of our items & see if they had misplaced my antiques. They very obviously did not follow up, or contact us back. As we unpacked more boxes, it became clear that the antiques weren't the only missing boxes, but many dishes DISAPPEARED, many items from my office were missiing. They also took apart a table, But upon reassembly. hammered screws that should not have hammered into the wood.I'm guessing from the missing items, at least 5 or more boxes were LOST OR STOLEN HENCE..THIS MOVER IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY !!!

We used All Service Moving ******** for our 800 square foot home and even with the 25 truck, it took 2 movers 4 hours to load, only alerting me at the end of that time that the truck was full even though a number of our larger items had not been loaded. The primary mover told me they hadnt used the trucks attic space, furthering the insult that they now couldnt get all of our items loaded as expected. We had to advocate for them to offer a solution to our problem that wouldnt cost us extra money, but didnt communicate their plan in full, resulting in me having to leave multiple messages just to understand what the plan was with our stuff. A lot of our items were damaged, some more obviously than others, and it was only upon unloading the truck that I saw they had not wrapped or protected most of our items the way I was told they were supposed to. When mentioning this to the staff, I was told that wrapping items would have taken them EVEN LONGER to load than the excessive time already spent. The main mover talked incessantly throughout the move, often dilly dallying in the process, so the long time to load and unload the truck was even harder to take. Additionally, we were missing a critical piece of our bed frame and when we scoured our storage unit for it, discovered that our items were stored completely haphazardly on the part of the company. Boxes were upside down or squished between other pieces of furniture. And we discovered even more items had been damaged during transport than we had been notified. The company did not notice our bed piece in their truck and once again we has to advocate just for them to take a look and find where it was.

I called All Service Moving by accident, twice. So I decided to go with them. The office person was very helpful, asked me a lot of questions about my move. I told him I had a 2 bedroom apartment packed full & I needed the largest truck. We also decided on 4 men & one truck & all day job that would start Monday morning at 9:00. I got a call from the driver or lead person. Telling me hed be there shortly & not to worry well handle it for you. They showed up a few minutes early. We chatted for a bit, showed him what I needed done. All 4 of them started to work. ******************, ****************** (hope I spelled that right). They worked hard! They were very nice. We all chatted ************* Everyone was very respectful. Nice guys to work with. They were very personable. I was extremely stressed and had lots of anxiety leading up to the move. But after about ***** minutes of them being around & working so hard my stress & anxiety went away. They were extremely helpful. They also had to carry everything down 2 flights of stairs. I had alot of heavy furniture. I did not hear anyone complain. When we got to the house they set everything up for me. They sounded like they really enjoyed their job. And they were a pleasure to work with. It was a long day and a big *********** got it done in 8 hours! They also worked very well together. They were Great!!! They really helped me ************. After a ********** mover left me in a lurch and held my stuff hostage until the bill was paid in cash the job was not completed. All Service came with a one day notice showed up on time and very very quick and efficient. We only use and refer them in the future. You get what you pay for

I recently hired All Service Moving for a 2 day pack and move. Their scheduling department was very friendly and professional. The crew arrived on time both days at 9:00am. The team worked efficiently and packed our townhouse and wrapped our furniture in their moving blankets and then plastic wrap. The last company I used a few years ago only used the clear plastic wrap. They even rolled out the red carpet to protect our floors from getting dirty! I will be using All Service Moving on my next move and will refer them to anyone who needs a good moving company!

I hate to do a bad review but he whole day did not go well & not worth what I paid. I was called at 10:17 am telling me that a crew was available & was coming within ***** minutes. Queue me calling at 12:58 pm because no call/no show they say they on their way. They finally show up at 1:33 pm. The move then proceeded to take from 1:33ish-8:15 pm. The first half of the move was going okay for a while until I heard them throwing some of the ************ down the stairs. They took apart some of the pieces of furniture, but just left pieces of them back at the apartment. Around 3:30 pm I heard who I believed to be the lead mover say, "I f****** hate this move, her stuff is disgusting ****." & then he proceeded to sit in the truck for about 20ish minutes on the phone while the other mover tried to finish the move, but couldn't because he needed help. I ended up moving all of the lawn furniture that I have out of the lawn, over the fence, & next to the truck so the one mover could actually get it on the truck. When the lead mover finally started working they didn't finish the truck until 4:30 pm. I was then told that they needed to take lunch since they didn't do it before coming, which I get, but they didn't get to the house until 6 pm (which I was charged for the hour in traffic, not the lunch, last time I used the company, I was not charged for transit time between locations even when they took a lunch) but they didn't let me know that they were on their way, I had to call the office again. The unload took 2.5 **** ********** started at 7 pm. They ruined the one room in the whole house w/ carpet by not putting anything down when moving items into the room. Now, the next day I am finding pieces that broken, furniture and things that were packed w/ Styrofoam peanuts within boxes. I also did not have them move my plants, but they trashed 3 of them, nowhere near the door as they moved things out of the house, ripped off stems & branches, unripen fruit ripped off & trod on.

Two years ago, my experience with this company was good. Not this time. I moved in July this year. I filed a claim and just heard back from the same manager I had problem with. After 3 months to test my memory. He sent me a recording that pictured only part of the story and denied my claim. First of all, they stand by their kinda lousy estimation formula - floor footage to truck ratio. The first time I used them, the under estimate. This time, continue to underestimate. I called to the office before the moving date and asked if anyone will come to estimate, they said no need to. So again underestimate. On the moving day, 3 ppl showed up on time. Though, lack of skills and experience. They didn't wrap the furniture right. Almost all furniture wrapping came loose. They had to rewrap and wasted time. Then the guy didn't know how to take apart my son's **** bed and the master bed. I told him to take pictures or video before taking them apart and he didn't. Ended up I had to put together my own bed. I have a big table and they couldn't load it. But apart from my table, they left almost half of my furnitures. And I had to do another move and pay to move just the table. The movers didnt plan well to load the truck. I took pictures and you could tell there were still room but they just didn't load the truck right. We called for help on that day as we overheard they were not going to move everything. The first call they said they were going to call back but didn't. The second call, the operation manager was not helpful. I asked that he came take a look. He said he will not come over but he asked his movers to force me to sign the waiver. This same manager handled my claim. What else could I do? They sent me a recording starting with the service rep already prepped the operation manager that I "was unreasonable" and assumed that I didn't talk to the movers while neither the manager nor the were on site. This company will go down. With these ppl.

It's been almost a month now, and I'm still waiting on that phone call from them. We picked this company because of the great reviews they have. The morning of the move, they showed up an hour late. Three guys showed up and were very friendly. One specifically was very talkative and would not stop talking about his side business owning ice cream trucks. The guys were given very specific instructions. The move was only 8 minutes away. We had the boxes packed already with names of rooms on some that needed to be taken directly there, some had the text: "be careful, glass inside, don't stack anything on top", and some had "FOOD for fridge or food for freezer, take to kitchen NOW", some had "Medication.. take to master bedroom now".... you get the point. We moved into a house that is getting a huge renovation done on it. So the boxes that went to specific rooms and not the garage were literary 9 or less boxes. The guys ended up stacking EVERYTHING in the garage!!!! food that needed to go into the freezer and fridge, diabetes meds and inhalers that we needed right away, boxes with glass vases and expensive china were stacked at the bottom of huge piles of boxes and broke! We called them right away on Saturday when we got to the new house and saw what had happened. The lady assured us on the phone that she would talk to her supervisor and get back to us same day. She assured someone would be out the next day the latest to take all boxes out of the garage and organize everything. The next day came and left.. and no one came.. no call... we called again, and she was apologetic again and promised someone would come out. I explained to her the importance of our meds ... how we had toddlers and an elderly mother living with us that needed the meds buried in the garage, how the food was all spoiled now, how the expensive glass and china is all broken... she asked we fill out an online claim, which we did... NOTHING EVER happened. Now I'm going to file for small claim courts and ask them to replace all my broken glass, the food, the damages they caused us and so much more!!! And wait till my family and friends hear about this service and share how they feel about this company online.

I’ve used All Service Moving 3 times in the last year and a half and they’ve done a great job everytime! They’re always timely, they take care of my stuff and they don’t leave a mess. Each crew I’ve gotten has been awesome but specifically Adam, who I’ve gotten twice now has stood out. Just a really good dude and always approaches the move with a plan.
