      All they care about is taking your money! Their customer service is horrible, hands down the WORST! Buyer beware, order elsewhere!

      Worst customer service I have ever received. I order 2 sets of swimwear and received no order confirmation via email. I emailed 2 times requesting someone check the status of my order, and received no response. I called a couple days later and was told part of my order was canceled (no email communication about the cancelation was received by me). I asked to cancel my whole order (because what am I going to do with only swim bottoms?), and was told it wasn't possible because it was too long after the order was placed (even though it was their system error I wasn't notified of the order status). I was told I needed to purchase more product in order to get a full set of swimwear and when the rep on the phone was looking at stock online to see what she could replace, we were disconnected. I called back to another representative, who stated he wasn't sure if part of my order was canceled or not. He could see that the other representative found replacements for my potentially canceled items, and asked me if I would like him to place the order. I asked for confirmation that part of the order was canceled and he communicated " he had no idea" what I was going to receive and the only way I could guarantee matching tops to go with my purchased bottoms was to purchase more product and he didn't advise waiting too long because of stock issues. I asked if I would be refunded or could return the items if I received extra tops since I was being forced to buy more product, and I was told no. I asked multiple times why I had to purchase more product due to a system error (he wasn't sure if the items were going to come in or not) and why I would be out the money if too much stock was sent because of this error and he said he couldn't help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and he said "one wouldn't be available for hours" I asked to speak to one anyway and still 4 days later have not been contacted. The 2nd rep I spoke with was extremely rude, and I had to ask him to stop yelling at me, as well as give multiple reminders that I should be spoken to professionally. Today I received my entire order, so if I would have followed the representative's forceful urges to "replace my canceled items" I would have been out the money for the tops, as I was told I was not able to return the items (clearance items) or would be refunded for their error.
