            My son-in-law and I shipped a box to me from this location. We paid $142.21. I haven't received the package. I contacted ***** and they told me I needed to contact the shipper. I contacted the shipper and they told me it was *****'s fault. ***** then tells me the shipper was hacked. I was supposed to receive the package on 9/3/21. Fed Ex is telling me they are working on it. ***** told me to contact the shipper and give my tracking number and give them permission to release the package. The shipper said that's not true. ***** also told me the shipping was not paid for. I contacted Postal Annex and they told me ***** is not telling me the truth and told me they were working on it. I don't know who is telling the truth, but I don't have my package. Postal Annex would not confirm the shipping was paid. He told me they were hacked.
